This season was just beautiful. Captured the zeitgeist of Messi finishing, an entire older generation moving on to Saudi, Mbappe being the only one left but being caught in limbo. Eps 3 and 4 were basically perfect writing. The seasons are only shorter now because each season is now linked as one giant saga rather than separate themes. I can't believe I actually get this for free.

I know that when I saw the compilation of season 7 posted, I thought maybe I missed something, but when I realized I didn't, I asked myself, "that's it?? Wtf happened? Where's the rest of this season? Is there a BR strike right now? They're not Hollywood!" But sadly, I'm certain my questions will remain unanswered..
You cannot compare season one to season 7, as the quality of episodes got higher and the episodes got longer, and plus season 7 was meant to be longer, but since Mbappe didn’t go to Real Madrid they had no choice but to finish the season.
@@poigv that's a fair argument and I have to agree with you for the most part.. however, my complaints were coming more so from a perspective that I was eagerly waiting and anticipating more episodes to be posted.. just like anything else, when you are expecting something, are fairly certain that it will eventually come, but instead you receive confirmation that it's not coming, it's always a feeling of disappointment.. on some level anyway.. it's not as bad as if, say, your wife of 10 years comes home from work every day at the same time, but then one day just doesn't come home, and leaves you. Much lower level of disappointment than that, but nevertheless, disappointing!
