I remember learning these dance moves when I was 16 and it was hard for me to keep up then. I'm 37 now and I'll probably pass out if I even try to attempt to do them. I always said MC Hammer should've made workout tapes. His whole performance is nothing but a total body workout.

I agree with you that Hammer's dance routines are a total body workout! I couldn't keep up with him if I was 20 years younger! And although I wish he never would've tried to conform to the "gangsta rap" image that he thought would keep him relevant and "in the game," I have to admit, I really liked "The Funky Headhunter" album. The man still gots tha moves!!

This was my song back n the day and ti watch hammer and his dancers perform live was always phenomenal, but this is lousy! You cant hear the song because of the screams from the crowd, and the two scanks that came on the stage later did not fit in with the other dancers; they were just there and in the way.
