Alex was and still is the predator. Him and his disgusting, despicable lawyers, dick harpootlian and the other guy too. Unfortunately Mr Jinks is still trying to understand “why?”
If you are NOT a sociopath - you CANNOT understand “why?”
The sociopath feels no remorse, no accountability, no guilt or shame .
Nothing said to Alex Murdauch will make ANY difference .
The Sociopath has a completely different mode of operation - devoid of empathy, compassion or a moral compass.
That’s the kind of “animal” Mr. jinks is dealing with.
And once you get it - the shock and awe of the sociopath’s behaviors and actions can be processed.
    It’s really that simple unfortunately.
I do hope Mr Jinks felt better after he did get an opportunity to speak .
But don’t compare Alex with normal people - bc sociopaths are not normal and can never be rehabilitated. It’s a different brain 🧠 man .

    • @lyndajamrozik4786
      @lyndajamrozik4786 5 месяцев назад +2

Not all sociopaths will commit murder or felonies - but if a sociopath feels backed into a corner they are capable of committing high crimes and transgressions with no feelings of shame or guilt or empathy.
The pathology of the sociopath is being able to operate with the appearance of being kind and noble and good hearted individuals. But they are not.
About 1 in 25 people is a Sociopath - so chances are you know several if not more.
They cannot be rehabilitated bc their brains are wired differently .
Thus - as I said earlier, the tears and apologies are not authentic bc they don’t feel remorse.
The best course of action w a Sociopath is to keep your distance and expect nothing meaningful or authentic value in them bc it does not exist.

This reminds me of a victim impact statement that was made during the trial of John Demjanjuk, the former Nazi accused of war crimes and crimes against humanity while serving as a guard at camps and was long after found living in Cleveland. In the documentary about it, it shows this victim impact statement from a survivor of the camp who looks at the former guard in the eye and says you remember me and I remember you and it's this really intense moment where any doubt that you might have had about the guilt of the guard is eraced. Like the heaviness of the moment is so deep and personal there's no doubt that it's the truth. It gave me chills when I saw it during that documentary and it gives me chills watching it again in this clip. I'm glad he got to say his peace to him.

This is the most raw, honest and powerful message from someone who trusted Murdaugh's sorry tail to the fullest. And he still chooses kindness, compassion and pity for the SOB. What an amazing person and incredible delivery. And what an absolute waste that Mr. Jinks and his family's invaluable time, friendship and trust was unfortunately wasted on a man who is only out for himself, and continues to show that to this day.
PS. Love the bobble head should out to Poot he tossed in there at the end.. a great idea actually.
PSS. Still I cringe to see Alex nod his head to vehemently to the comment about him having so much "talent". I guess the art of conning folks with phony, selfish connection and conjuring elaborate stories that are complete falsehoods can be considered art...

The reason we can’t understand why this man did what he did, is because our brains don’t work at that level of evil. Someone that does not have empathy or a moral compass does not care about how they impact other people. They only care about themselves. As we saw he was even capable of murdering his wife and child in cold blood, as long as it benefited him. It is a level of pure evil that is unfathomable to most of us. And Mr. Jinks is correct, what a waste of talent, privilege and fortunes. An entire family line destroyed by one person, and many more impacted. There is no rehabilitation for this type of person. Just prison where he can rot away.

Something everyone MUST understand about people like Alex. People like Alex, see kind, nice people as fools to exploit and take advantage of. That’s all. To him, everyone he’s duped is stUpid. These kinds of people believe they are superior to everyone else, and everyone else is a stUpid idiOt. Nothing more. Second to this, they themselves have little to no conscience. The one person they shed tears for, is their own self.
