For tripura, CGHS and railways cadre should be opted. After 3 years of service you will be eligible for study leave, after 5 years for sponsored seat.

The government pays you NON PRACTICE ALLOWANCE to not practice anywhere as a doctor.....and apart from duty hours it's your time and your hobbies.

6 month directed preparation for UPSC CMS is enough. For now try to read your subjects properly.

Yes you can change from category 1 to category 2 and vice versa.

UPSC doesn't provide extensions to cover your rural bond, they provide only to pg pursuing candidates.

If you are posted in CGHS Delhi, 1-2 night duty per month, otherwise none. In railways cadre there are more night duties.
Bds doctors can also join? After mds maxillofacial surgery, if someone can join then will they get job related to surgery or not?

No you can't do private practice along with job and you can resign if you join PG

If you're allowed to practice other than job in state gov, then I'd find state one better.

If you're able to get internship completion certificate and degree till the time of appointment.... then you can.

They give you only 6 months to clear your provisional status, 365 days is too much
