This is copy of nisha madhulika she also prepared this sweet here milk powder is used but nishaji didn't use milk powder this is copy of her recipe by hebbars kitchen sugar is nothing but white poison jaggery is the best substitute for sugar here sugar is the only alternative for this recipe & 1/2 cup cashews are used it is more than enough to get cholesterol

Once in a while eating sweets in a minimum quantity is fine dear. One or two pieces we eat not more than that😂. Plus doing workouts burns the extra calories right and she is not forcing us to prepare and eat.

@@flavourfulnest did I say she is forcing? 1/2 cup cashews means lot of cholesterol problems begin & it is good to eat 2-3 cashews not too many & about sweets half piece is enough because milk powder contains sugar & then again sugar is used ask doctor & see if this will give any problem if we prepare according to the recipe she will use milk powder,sugar, cashews,etc whoever is going to eat this they will put on lot of weight which means you can get many diseases
