I would replace Myst with Command and Conquer and Everquest with the Heroes of Might and Magic Series. Other notable mentions are Worms, Scorched Earth, Alone in the Dark, Theme Hospital, Rollercoaster Tycoon, The Lost Vikings, and Wolfenstein
Some of these games really don't hold up well. I never cared for Myst and felt crazy because everyone else loved it. But It was so confusingly convoluted. The Witness does what Myst does but better. I'd skip Warcraft for Starcraft (which you included) but if you're hungering for the medieval setting, Warcraft 2 blows the original in every regard. Civ2 is great but you know what is even better? Alpha Centauri. Yeah, so Sid Meyer and friends left MicroProse and started Firaxis, where they wanted to create another Civ-like game but obviously didn't have the IP for it. Hence Alpha Centauri which is absolutely fantastic and that fact that it gets neglected when talking about great 90s PC games should be a crime.
So many classics. I never knew about EverQuest though. Looks amazing! I actually stopped liking FPSs after the era Half Life came out. Games like that and Halo were really the peak for me and could not get much into newer FPSs after.

A list of best 90s games without Baldur's Gate?

My favorite part of Warcraft was bugging my troops until they yelled at me. "Join the army they said! See the world they said!"
The equivalent for the Orcs was even better
doom on 9th place? no no.
I played a ton of SimCity 2000, loved that game!
Roller Coaster Tycoon?
Where’s HoMM3?!?! That should be #1…
How is Baldurs Gate not listed?!?!?

Maybe I'm late.... is this clash with ash? It sounds just like him
Voice over is a bit too enthusiastic over the top American extreme. Without probably knowing the subject at hand.
Give me Ultima Online over Everquest any day of the week.
Many people were turned off by the pvp. It was good but no way was it "better" than EQ.
Also, Final Fantasy VII
That wasn't a PC game
Yes, it was on PC as well, so it does count.
