While it’s heavily implied that Gulliver’s crew mates are the ones throwing him overboard, I have some doubts that they bother to steer the ship after him until he washes up on an island, then manage to smash his phone without the sound waking him up and bury the parts across the beach without any of them being caught in the act by any islanders. Could just be that the tide came in and scattered the parts, or they threw the phone off the ship onto the rocks and the pieces went flying (or both). And as another comment said, it could be that the crew doesn’t come back for Gulliver and he has to fly until he finds the ship, especially since he’s met with the others sighing and rolling their eyes when he makes it back. I doubt they’re at all worried about getting in any trouble. Copper and Booker aren't anywhere to be found in NH, nor is any codified law enforcement. Gullivarrr’s crew mates especially wouldn’t have any qualms about throwing him overboard and leaving him, since they’re pirates. ...And Gullivarrr claims to be the captain...

Gulliver reminds me of one of my old classmates, he was an extrovert, he pretty much talked to everyone sometimes he even interrupted the teachers to ask them questions that most of the time were pretty silly, he wanted to be part of a group so bad but this one group disliked him and talked bad about him/ made fun of him behind his back, he was so "annoying" to the class that when he had COVID some people said they felt relieved and relaxed he wasn't in the class, sometime he felt bad about how other people felt about him, sometimes he was really clueless. Honestly he was annoying a bit but i wouldn't wish him any bad because he had his problems in life , thats how I feel about Gulliver too, hopefully he doesn't realise of how his crew feels abt him.
Ok if we are talking about gulliver we definitely need to talk about gullivarrr bc his phone is in the water not even broken but in the water, i would really love to see theories on that also if the two are related in anyway bc I believe they also maybe they drink together sometimes bc they both talk about the GOOD soda or maybe it's just a very common drink among sailors and pirates alike
What I thought before watching this video: He keeps getting abducted by aliens and can’t remember anything but it keeps happening so much he thinks he’s an alien or a space adventure!
I think that my (SwankyBox) theory is a touch more accurate because in the dialogue he says things like “no don’t take me in the UFO I don’t like it” And how he think he’s a space adventurer in the movie and also since the aliens in the movie are shapeshifters this could mean that some of the villagers could be aliens!!!

What if they dont come back and he has to fly? If they really dont want to be in trouble then why do it at all?
That would explain why he says they "make a show" of sighing and rolling their eyes when he's back on the ship.
