When you think that non of these songs were written for her, she had been in band only 10months at this Wacken concert. It's amazing how well she did.

I like to think I'm a bit of a perfectionist regarding music, I have been listening to it for over 55 years, and I have heard a LOT, (I'm 70,... 71 in May). This performance is perfection in songwriting, composition, band execution, vocal rendition, blah de blah de blah....It is just sublime. Nightwish is just sublime, 'nuff said.

Guys, but you can't forget that in January she had radiotherapy and this treatment is very radical, believe her last presentations now in February she seems to be a little tired and even her voice is a little hoarse, let's pray for her so that she recover 100% as soon as possible as we love our queen.
This is another of my favorite Nightwish with Floor performances. As others have said, Floor had successful breast cancer surgery in October of 2022. They removed the tumor and she has since been diagnosed as cancer free. I loved your reaction to the beautiful song. Thank you.
Yep, it was breast cancer that was detected right before they were about to set on tour. If memory serves tour was pushed few weeks to give time to heal and see they got it all in surgery.

BTW bless the child is one of my favorites from Wacken 2013, very underrated song😮

One of the NW songs where they have pretty heavy breakdowns, just like they have in the middle of "Slaying the dreamer" in Buenos Aires.

And survived it, I hate saying cancer survivers beat it like Americans do,. It is a lottery mainley you never know.
