Sorry to ask, but did you even played undertale? I can excuse the reactions being misplaced that’s totally fine it’s hard to get accurate reactions.
But Toriel and Asgore said Asriel has ‘been missing’ when literally all monsters know the story of asriel and chara (they tell you on the ruins it’s the reason why the human hunt started), they didn’t notice Flowey being called Asriel, or having Asriel’s face, and they didn’t notice at any point that the person with Chara’s face and personality being constantly called ‘Chara’ by the other characters, is in fact, their Chara
