hey crowoly big fan of your videos. been watching them for a while now learning more about surge. i have a couple questions, we just got the balance patch in the west now, and it completely changed my surge build. is there a rotation that you use? i've only tried it out in guardian raid but i've just been spamming skills as soon as theyre off cooldown. and also, my second question, is that you use dark axel instead of turning slash? i'm a big fan of dark axel but most builds use turning slash now. can you tell me if dark axel is better?
Rotation in this video is what use. When I have windcut avaliable before artes then I go wind cut - artes rotation for comfy stacking. Also turning slash is definitely better in dps wise. In very basic rotation turning slash has no big difference but when you utilise wind cut - artes rotation then turning slash makes you have really faster rotation. +If you use exploding on wind cut then you can even use all-round tripod on blitz rush but it's very experimental one. But I still think dark axel is very viable in real raid scenario.
@@applepumpkin KBW is barely efficient with 77% crit I don't really think it outperforms MI3 RC3 Adrn 1 anyway If you want cheap acces then who would care?

Blitz rush is now very strong and has good amount of stack. Blade dance is second priority. Turning slash and Earth cleaver are third

I don't think we ever needed higher lvl cd gem on surge. It's just about usability for recovery +Unless you have relatively low spec

No, with KBW 3 and EP 1. Whether you use RC 3 build or RC 1 build they don't have noticable dps difference.
