If you are working in vietnam , then you need to proof it through a work contract and if you have a work contract, then you are in vietnam on a work visa which is the same as a resident permit ( have the right to be resident in vietnam for work purpose).

Many have come through this route by me so why not make others in Brazil do the same to their relatives and love ones? Right now millions of people of all the 195 countries in the world are sending invitations to their love ones and relatives not only Brazil. It has nothing to do with e-visa. Research is the only thing you can do right now to proof me wrong.
