I use the number at the top of the card. If it's a 3. Then 3 days, 3 weeks or 3 months. Depending on the question then I may go to years. It's been accurate for me so far. I think the cards know how you want to interpret so have to find a technique. This is great though
@@velle1523 I used that all across the board. Doesnt matter if its major or minor. Last night I drew a 19 -- immediately felt it meant 2019 rather than 19 months. You can also get a deck just used for timing, and just use the major out of that if you'd like. I find that decks get trained to the person using them.
I agree also I like the cups summer or days that can't be counted. I am only learning myself. But I feel that it's a great technique. I don't read for other people. My friend does and shows me things.
In the system I used, Wands would mean Days, Swords = Weeks, Cups = Months, and Pentacles = Years (I.E. The 10 of Pentacles is 10 years). I considered 2 ways of interpreting the Courts, One was very Simple : P=11, N=12, Q=13, and K=14. The other was that The Courts Indicated Someone who could Influence the Timing, Whether than an Actual Time. The Majors Would Indicate Things to look out for as the time Grew Closer. Though Looking Back, Yours is Much Better than Mine was. ☺
I find your timing of cards to be extremely fascinating! You're the only person I know that uses your system, but i love it! It's new, it's different and it's one of those things that you can take from this what you want and leave the rest. Thank you for sharing! ❤
For me major Arcana depends on the number of the card, third major arcana, 3 days, 15, 15 days, etc. Wands - Weeks Cups - days Pentacles - Years Swords - Months Court cards (Kings and queens) - More than 10 years Minor court cards - More than 10 months less than a year. I generally just pull one card for sake of simplicity and see if this works for me.
What I like to do is use the minor arcana. And then use the suit for what season and the number card for how many weeks into that season. And example 3 of pentacles. I associate pentacles with winter. Winter starts on December 21. With the number three it would be the third week of winter. It is not exact. If I was giving a reading around Thanksgiving time and got that I was a little bit over a month
I'd go by number also just a thought.. I've read before cups can be says not counted. Swords winter" I think I read it was years. Pentacles, years I think but I think intuition and using a number that sticks out would be cool. Wands fall cups summer empress can be fall it depends on the person but these are ideas pentacles can be spring I messed up empress spring.
How about the reverse ones? For ex. If I pull a 2majors reverse and the rest upwards!??? Bigger majors, mean more delay? And how do you tell it's more than a year? Sorry too many questions🙂
Question; How do you know how many cards to pull? ..I just asked a time frame question pulled 3 cards, but it seems conflicting. I got an Ace. Which is the fastest.. so good. but then 10 of swords and 2 of swords. Which are not moving. Based off these cards, I still find this confusing.

kelli moore yup seems easy with major arcana. What about minor arcana?

@@Seashellsbytheseashore21 this is so genious yet so obvious, bravo.
Thank you very much. When I asked the question , I never expected to see a video. This has been very helpful.

Also cups summer, wands fall, pentacles as spring and swords as winter
Brilliant, you give me some real, "of course!" moments.

Thanks so much for this timeframe lesson, I'm going to start working with this.💙

What an amazing deck!
What a fun deck, what are those called
Norma Tee it's the Alice in wonderland deck! It's pretty cool
Which deck it is , extremely beautiful
Very well explained. Thanks a lot for sharing. 😊
If cards r reverse, is it same time. ? I got 2 upright and 1 reversed. How to read that?
Thank you so much 😊
I use days as cups, wands as weeks, swords as months and pentacles as years
Same for me. Major arcana doesn't indicate time for me, too complicated.

What cards are these.. ?? They are so beautiful. 🙂
