These trees would again be burnt in another fire, and would bear green leaves again after that. Seeing this I was reminded of Allah's description in the Quran of jahannum. Subhan Allah.

2021 I’m watching these beautiful series of Prophets stories. Best way to remember the life stories of our Prophets. I try to watch couple of times each year. May Allah cure the humankind who are suffering from Covid/disease.
I keep coming back to this episode because of the powerful resolution to the patience of Nuh (AS). It's truly a beautiful tale, even if the fact he'd held out for 950 years is a rather haunting fact... but it brings tears to the eyes.
