Times have not changed. Possession of marijuana is still criminal and you will be arrested. This is tv fiction. Do you think when people watched Ocean's 11 they thought robbing a bank was legal? Just because actors do something on TV doesn't make it legal.

But it wasn’t 20 years ago when I was in college in Oregon. And those two misdemeanor charges have prevented me from getting jobs and got my acceptance to nursing school revoked.
I'm 70 and from the Midwest, and I wish I had an ounce for every guy I knew back in the day who was just like Freddie. Glad this bunch is keeping the tradition alive. We need more good feelings to survive this dystopia we're living in.
Now that it’s legal is great! What sucks is as a retired,crippled old lady on a below poverty income-I can’t frickin afford to buy it anymore! We need a special pass for the elderly!
There is no way they can staff the store and maintain the corporate rules or mold employees to their desire. Isn't the boss guilty of sexual harassment? I would think a real HR would be horrified by his arrangement.
I moved to LA from the Midwest in 2019 and how the employees treat Freddie reminds me so much of my experience, people from LA think they’re soooooo much better than you and definitely look down on people from the Midwest. They will laugh at your accent to your face, scold you for being 30 and not getting Botox/fillers and give you their plastic surgeon’s contact info, tell you how to date and are just so full of themselves. I have met more down to earth people here but it took a while.

I used to work at Perfect Patient Plants in Vallejo, CA. We all burned on the job. We burned on the way to work. We burned after work. We were high, man.
i used to work at a place that had 50 shops in the same place and the shops that did not smoke on the job also had the worse quality and the worse prices.. all the bodybuilders was on that list and so was most of the girls... but some people like expensive and low quality, if the shop looks cool many of those shops was also busy running a brand that had pretty much nothing to do with cannabis.. like a streetwear brand for example
