The Berean Disciples Podcast: Sex Worker Declares Bible Supports Sex Work

Today, I will react to a few clips from Candace Owen's Podcast, "I Have Nothing to be ashamed of." I will not be addressing the issue of "sex work" primarily; I don't think it would be difficult for anyone to determine my position on that topic. I will first address the accusation that Candace is somehow "playing to her base" by stating what she believes. This is a standard attack that people level at believers in general, the idea that they don't believe what they are saying; they are saying what they think a particular group of people want to hear.
I move on and focus on the clip where the guest says, "Prostitutes were popular in the Bible." I also address her assertions that "courtesans" were treated well while wives were "tolerized." She critiques the Bible as an unreasonable book with sound elements; however, much of it is nonsense from her perspective. She is yet another person who validates the truth found in scripture.
