There was only one very entitled, self obsessed, egocentric, narcissistic former band member in that documentary and it wasn’t Tony, John or Terry. Tony punched Brian because he rocked up an hour late to a very important meeting. Tony was doing his absolute best to try and reform East 17 but someone behaved like an absolute diva! Brian never mentions WHY Tony smacked him. The most he’ll say is he only punched him because he was the smallest!! This had nothing to do with height, or lack thereof. When he’s bleating about Tony hitting him 18 years ago he should at least say why! Tony has a very nice lifestyle, plenty in the bank and lives in a mansion. He didn’t need the grief of trying to get East 17 up and running again. Can’t say I blame him!
Well said. The other guys always come across as being nice down to earth guys. If Brian had appreciated the opportunity more, maybe the band could have gone on to have more success. Bet they all felt like punching Brian at some point.

It's also very noticeable that in spite of those issues, he put together a reunion gig and potential deal that you fucked up. Tony has owned his psychological issues which is why he has them under control. Poor mental health is obviously awful (had it myself for last 2 years) but it's our responsibility to ensure we get help and follow through on treatment options so that we get better and stop courting disaster. Nothing is Brian's fault, he mistakes his inner paranoia for the real world and acts as if everything is out of his control and projects his self-loathing onto everyone else. No-one is coming to save us, we have to put in the work but the first step is recognising the problem lies within..

It's very common with a lot of these bands. Recording and touring you spend a ridiculous amount of time together - far more than with family and loved ones. But I don't recall seeing any of the Spice Girls ranting daily on you tube. They are all ridiculously rich and extremely busy 😳🙄
