Nice but an open plan concept can be unappealing. Can't imagine cooking , eating and relaxing in the same space whilst the smells linger around!

That is a damn expensive apartment... but the views are incredible! There's a saying.... Don't say there isn't money around, say you don't have it yourself (Translate to Swahili 😅)
