Did you ever did an extensive test on its battery? How could you say it’s merely 20 hours? Because mine can last weeks without charging it and I use it basically most of the time.
Hey man, yes i did and it's very hard to test it and get the same results as everyone else. If you keep it on and play music nonstop for hours on end it will most likely die around that 20 hours but for example, if you use it for a half hour , take a break, then use it an hour later in the day, where it's always spread out, you can most likely get 2 weeks out of it give or take. Or maybe you just have a pair on steroids lol
Hi, like the way you deliver your review, informative and clear, i have xm2, and been thinking of upgrading, because of the blue, 1 question hope you could help, on my xm2, after a week of use, i hear a sound everytime i stretch the headband to wear it on my head, a slight amount but its definitely there, it happens on the right earcup, similar to creaking sound, but only a slight amount, but if you press on the hinges, its there, sometimes when i walk around i can hear it clearly, what about the xm4, its a deal breaker for me
Thanks so much. I'm sorry to hear that, i guess there's been a list of people who have had this problem in the previous models. I wish i could tell you this won't happen with the xm4 but yet again they've made barely any design changes since the xm2, so with that being the case, i can't make any promises it won't make that sound. On the bright side, I haven't heard of anyone having this problem with the xm4's yet. Sorry i couldn't be any more help.

@@SniffingGerrald i feel you, it's kind of scary especially knowing that these are not cheap. But if you do go for the xm4 i think you'll have a lot better luck than the xm2.
Great review for a small channel! I got these headphones a month ago since my older beats studio 3 broke at the hinges. I hope these have way better build quality and won't break at the hinges.
The midnight blue ones are only available at Best Buy; it's an exclusive. They aren't going to be available anywhere else. But they seem to be always in stock, so obtaining them shouldn't have been too much of an issue. And the limited edition white ones they recently released is only available through Sony.

Beats are infamous for breaking at the hinge. My solos simply broke listening to music laying on my side.
