For the word entice , it is actually not related to incite( which comes from a proto tes european root that meant to set into motion and cognates with excite, cite, solicit , recital and insouciant) but it comes from the idea of setting on fire .

The scammer cajoled me into keeping in touch with him. After sometime he weedle his name into my best friend's list . One day he enticed me to pay for his meal. Later on I realized that he was beguiling me for his own benefits. Now i know all his inductive tactics.
-Frauds beguile about money saying that they collect them for charity.- *Fraudsters beguile people into giving money by saying that they are collecting it for charity.* Sometimes hawkers like cajoling -costumers- *customers* to buy more than they need by praising the necessity of their goods and wheedling to take more if they want to sell -the- *their last* -last amount of- products quickly. Also, sellers on markets could entice costumers by promising personal discounts for buying something regularly.
