Again this is so incredible. I find myself rooting for this incredible dynamic over and over again. Tanya and Eunseom are connected at their core, they have ten years together. But Saya is an echo of all the things Eunseom is not, he reminds Tanya again and again of all the things Eunseom could have been but isn't. Yangcha is actually quite uncomplicated - he follows orders straight forwardly and without question. This dynamic does my head in the more I think about how it could unfold in canon. Saya wants Tanya in ways he's not been allowed to express, and Tanya wants freedom. I think in a lot of ways Saya ensuring Tanya has power, that too as high Priestess, he's ensured that she will never be able to leave Arth. And she can't now - she is the bell that echoes, whose words echo and remain with the people of Arth. She is powerful now because she's learning how to play the game, little by little. I know that by the end of this season she still is a pawn for Tagon and Saya, but her little rebellions cannot be ignored. She knows what she's doing, and soon she'll be able to exercise power Saya cannot control. And Yangcha, the ever faithful guard, I think he will see what the others cannot in Tanya. That her goodness, her godliness, does not limit her, instead it defines her and defies Arth. He's already seen what she's capable of, already knows how her words seem to have a weird effect on the people of Arth. She is hope now, in a world that Tagon is ruining. I think Yangcha will know that and see it better than anyone. See - look at the spiel your fmv made me write. God these three, combined with your killer talent, is such a goddamn goldmine for us!

beautifully explained..... but whyy isn't anyone talking about eunseom and tanya after all eunseom is coming for the wahan tribe despite them being separated and living as indiviuals in arth. eunseom doesn't know that right that they don't want to go back to their land they used to live on and tanya even though sees what eunseom is not saya shows her what eunseom is no?
Yangcha will fall hopelessly in love with tanya but it wont be the kind of love he'll ever act on since he knows she's the high priestess. He will choose her over and over again and would be her most loyal soldier and will die for her and thats how he will love her. Eventually Eunseom and Tanya will end up together bc it is clear they are each other's compass and anchor.
Even though i think tanya x yangcha is have chemistry and tanya x saya im still Eunsome and tanya ship i love them so much i love how they struggle just to see each other again

I feel so bad for those who haven't truly watched Arthdal Chronicles and come across this vid here in youtube coz it's really such an awesome an convincing edit. Strangers could pass this off as just having a color scale edit but it's more than that. When Tanya said I miss you- I miss you so much, damn that was her saying it in her mind while walking with Saya hand in hand in that secret passageway. Also, athough there were scenes of her and Yangcha in that Room of Fire, when Saya finally caught up that was actually her and Mubaek.. Man you can truly feel the love for this show. When there's a fan's love and dedication for a show, be it in film or television, we all see a video like this with a unique kind of pairing of characters that the writers couldn't come up with. He treats her more like his property than a human being and just because he loves her he feels like he’s entitled to have her affection. He was extremely mean to her when Eunseom “died”, he keeps on breaking the promises he made to her and he has no problem with keeping their “master-servant” relationship even thought he wants to date her. I don’t think TheMeaninglessArt is representing Saya as a villain but rather that she’s accurately portraying him the way he would react if he were to discover that she dated Yangcha. Saya is a bad character but that’s what makes him interesting and make the SaTan ship so incredible

In fact she is the only one he treats as a human being.The scene which you are talking about there he described eunseom's death in detail mercilessly yes but only so that she comes back to reality and reacts. Because she was behaving all normal and was in denial mode. Even when he was her master and was beaten by her he went to her with food and was concerned about her.It was not as if he was being cruel. The only time I saw him pray was for her. As a human being he is bad I agree but to her he is not bad. And it's just a simple reaction of mine to the video. There is nothing to argue about. No matter how many videos you make showing tanya and yangcha as a couple and saya as the villain I will always love saya only. Even if tanya actually goes with yangcha in the show I will never betray my saya. Saya might be bad but he has always been good to tanya. Tanya used him for her personal motives.
Aby Karuvath I have to disagree he hasn’t always been good to her. He treats her more like his property than a human being and just because he loves her he feels like he’s entitled to have her affection. He was extremely mean to her when Eunseom “died”, he keeps on breaking the promises he made to her and he has no problem with keeping their “master-servant” relationship even thought he wants to date her.
I don’t think TheMeaninglessArt is representing Saya as a villain but rather that she’s accurately portraying him the way he would react if he were to discover that she dated Yangcha.
Saya is a bad character but that’s what makes him interesting and make the SaTan ship so incredible
@@ib4547 sorry but I never felt that he ever treated her as his property. In fact she is the only one he treats as a human being.The scene which you are talking about there he described eunseom's death in detail mercilessly yes but only so that she comes back to reality and reacts. Because she was behaving all normal and was in denial mode. Even when he was her master and was beaten by her he went to her with food and was concerned about her.It was not as if he was being cruel. The only time I saw him pray was for her. As a human being he is bad I agree but to her he is not bad. And it's just a simple reaction of mine to the video. There is nothing to argue about. This video is a hypothetical one. Not something based on the show. So chill✌
I cant help but hate saya haha idk but I found his intentions viled and soiled. And he was so territorial over tanya urgh. And yangcha, oh he was always behave, he only acted thru orders. :)
