There is one other scenario: when you go on vacation you can plug your phone into a wall outlet and then put your smart watch on top of the phone so both the phone and the smart watch charging... this way you don't need to carry the extra cradle for the watch
@Don Miller To be fair, I dont ever take my wireless charger with me on vacation. Just the usb-c fast charger. In essence the S10 itself is your portable wireless charger!
How fast the S10 charges itself when plugged in and doing powershare vs plugged in only. I saw learned that it's powershare output won't change if you plug it in also, so I'm curious how much the S10 would slow down with charging itself at the same time.
If you don't have your charging dock with you, but you can connect your phone to a charger and then put your watch on the phone with powershare how much quicker would the watch charge?
I think it is a little slow like you said but it's a nice place to start because if you think about it when wireless charging came out for the phones it wasn't that fast but now it's pretty fast.
Can you charge the gear S3 on the back of your Samsung s10? I've been trying to find an answer to this question for a long time. Or is the gear s3 not compatible with the powershare feature?
That's a great comparison! Thanks!! 😊👍 How about charging a smartphone too? Plugged In vs PowerShare. 😁 Is the PowerShare somehow useful or too slow that it's actually useless? Thank you in advance! 👌
It's very useful....I think the buds charge faster and maybe that's another thing you would like to charge on the go.....lonmg flights or car trips (damn you Americans are so lucky...those long loooong roads)
Wish this was a fair comparison. The watch that he charged on the s10 has a bigger battery than the other watch. This means that it will obviously take more time to charge that one compared to the watch on the original charger. He needs to use the same model watches for the comparison to be fair.
I think 1 hour is realistic. Imagine you're a student, no juice in the watch for x reason. Well charge it with your phone while you take a class. Classes are an our ish.

Exactly. Thats a future video lol

@Don Miller
I have time when I'm at sleep lol
@Don Miller I only use wireless charging on my phone when it's in the car, other than that there's literally no point
@Don Miller How about the i'll just juice it up for a bit on the train?
Did you see the new update that shows the phones battery percentage on the watch?
I have the update now but didnt check
It doesn't always show percentage while charging, but will if you move the watch a bit then it goes away.
@Jimmy can u use the other phone while charging it? Or u just wait for it to charge for a while?
What wireless chargers actually work with the Galaxy Watch? I have a Galaxy Watch and I really want to get rid of the cradle because it uses microUSB
im pretty sure any QI Wireless charger should work. i have not tried myself. but the official samsung fast charge pad should work.

Does samsung gear s3 charging dock be used to charge samsung galaxy 46mm watch?
Thanks so much for your time
Love that Bender background now I wish I got a + . LOL

Phone then watch. Pass-through charge
Can you charge buds and watch at the same time?
Just one at a time
I think it is a little slow like you said but it's a nice place to start because if you think about it when wireless charging came out for the phones it wasn't that fast but now it's pretty fast.

I have an s10 plus and a galaxy watch but this feature doesn't work for me. Do I have to download a plugin or something?
Swipe down from the top of your screen, pull down the quick menu and look for the option that says wireless powershare
Question,
Note 8 can share wireless charging with gear 3 ??
No,only s10,note 10,Galaxy Fold and s20 can do that
Nice comparison and video.
That's a great comparison! Thanks!! 😊👍 How about charging a smartphone too? Plugged In vs PowerShare. 😁 Is the PowerShare somehow useful or too slow that it's actually useless? Thank you in advance! 👌
It helps even though it's slower than normal
@@jimmyispromo Thank you! A very important feature in case of emergency. 😊
Nice & cool as always...

Can u charge gear s3 via phone?
It's nearly the same as the both watches in the video
Can s10plus charge fitbit versa as well ... i can't charge with this !

The truth is that wireless charging is slower than plugging it directly to the charger
Can samsung s10 charge a gear sport?
Wirelessly
Yes. I am wirelessly charging my gear sport with s10e
I lost my charger for my watch 4 so I used it. I just ignored my phone and it was charged up quite a bit
Whitch cover is that?
My note 10+ will not in any way charge my gear s3 with a case on. I have to remove the case every time
power sharing galaxy watch 46mm :( no no no
