😂 now you tell me. For a long time now, I’ve been spacing everything out. I wasted a lot of years. I’ve noticed that young people look at me as if I may not be able to handle more complex requests. I can still engage. I’m just older and slower. 😂 They really don’t care.

It’s understandable that feeling underestimated, especially by younger people, is not easy. But you know well that your abilities and experience haven’t diminished just because of age. You have many years of experience and wisdom that many young people have yet to grasp. Slowing down is not a sign of weakness, but rather a sign of carefulness and deeper thought.
Even if they don’t immediately recognize your value, what’s important is that you remain confident and continue contributing in your own way. Those who truly care will see that. You don’t have to be the fastest; you just need to walk steadily and meaningfully through each phase of life.

Well, I’m not as angry as I was a few years ago.
I have to quit ranting. It’s taking up my time. I love talking. I can sell anything. ..lol… I’m just worried about where this country is heading.
Nobody wants to work. I even offered incentives just to show up for at least a fifteen minute interview but everybody’s stuck on diversity issues and the questions I get from these kids is mind boggling.
I can’t teach people when their mind is in wuh-wuh land. 😆

@@Edward-r5h3i It's great to hear that you've found a way to release some of that frustration and focus on more productive things. It sounds like you're a strong communicator and know how to get things done-being able to sell anything is a real skill! I can understand your concerns about the current state of things, especially with the job market and the challenges of finding people who are ready to engage meaningfully. It can feel like a whole different mindset, especially when people seem distracted or focused on issues that feel disconnected from the work at hand. Keeping your cool, like you're doing, is key! 😊

It is strange that you realise how lonely you are when tragedy strikes😢😢😢 I am at that stage when noone needs me anymore... I new that but my beautiful dog kept me like everything is normal, she needed me and is OK... when she suddenly died in a space of two weeks time😢😢😢 when I lost my beautiful puppy Although she was13:))) I sow what real loneliness is... while I was crying like crazy, when I was missing her badly they said its just a dog, you will buy another... after a month I can not find peace, I have no one to talk to, I have nothing left😢 How I am going to recover I really do not know, my eyes, my head is swollen, my sleepless nights are soooo long... the point is we humans are sociable creatures and is very normal to seek refugee in somebody’s soul, the problem is when you realise that there is no one😢

I'm truly sorry to hear about your loss. Your dog wasn't just a pet, but a beloved companion who was always by your side, and that makes this pain so much harder to bear. You’re not alone in feeling this way, and it’s completely normal to need time to heal. It may take a while to find peace again, but I hope you realize that your feelings are valid and understandable. Sometimes, comfort doesn’t come from people around us, but from the beautiful memories your dog has left with you. Be patient with yourself in this process. Others might not fully understand, but you absolutely have the right to feel heartbroken, and I hope you find peace and recovery little by little.

Omg! Your story really breaks my heart 😢 I have two little dogs and I love them to death. I know if or when they go I will be alone too 😢 I mean I have some family around but still feel so alone and my dogs fill some of those feelings of loneliness. I want you to know that you are not alone when feeling those feelings of loneliness. I just recently joined a dating site thinking/hoping to find someone to share the rest of my life with but that isn’t working out very well but one thing I have learned being on this site is how many people out there that are so lonely and looking for someone.
