To answer your question, their have been idols who have had dating scandels and had to leave the group because of toxic fans. Some had to leave their label: like Dawn and hyuna ( their not together anymore). But many of the first and second gen idols are married and have kids. Chen of EXO is married and has two beautifuls kids, and that was a special case because most everyone was accepting and he is still a part of the group and still performing.
They did live together for that long they just had different rooms with members rooming together and moving every few years but they only permanently moved out two years ago
Soobin, is the Leader in the group TXT aka Tomorrow by Together. A Group of 5 members. There also known as the younger version of BTS.TXT and BTS are both from the same company, Hybe Corporation, formerly known as Big Hit Entertainment

This is not the majority, but this toxic few does exist. :( (It is in my hopes that since BTS has such a massive pull and has always done things their way, that they would be able to start breaking that mold, possibly share that they are committed to someone [without disclosing the identity of their partner], and that eventually it becomes a norm for everyone to support idols in being 'humans' in that sense. Of course, this is not a demand for them to do so, but imagine the kind of influence they can set for the entire industry if they start to do it. A bigger part of me doesn't want them to divulge any such information because of their toxic followers.:/ ) - Jimin was the last to join the team, with only a few months of training before debuting. These are my comments regarding your queries Peachy: I want them to do whatever they want, whether that be getting into a relationship, getting married, having children or not doing any of these. I just want them to be happy. On your question about who has a bigger role in BTS, I too feel BTS could only be BTS because of all 7. Remove any one of them and BTS doesn't exist. However, I do feel that the hyung-line played a huge role in shaping the values of the group which the maknae-line gracefully accepted and adhered to. I also think Jimin, his kind soul and his love for the memebrs ondividually and as a grouo had a huge influence on the group and all the elder members accepts it. (Jimin is not my bias but he deserves all the credit due to him) I feel like popularity wise, the maknae-line does a great job as Yoongi pointed out but I feel like the serious music listeners are mostly attracted to the hung-line. It is this combination which makes Bangtan a very unique group. However, I do feel the hyung-line does not get recognised enough for their contribution like the maknae line. I hope they get all the love and respect they deserve for working their ass off for so many years. Also, about the internal conflicts between the members, I feel like the one between V and Jin is the most serious that we have been made privy to. It was painful to watch but it also showed how authentic they are and how beautiful their value system is. I have not seen any other group releasing such raw footage of arguments between members. The members decided to show the footage because they felt that their fans should know the members aren't flawless but beautiful, imperfect human beings who continue to grow. And V and Jin grew from that incident so much and it only made their bond stronger. Also, I fell in love with Namjoon seeing how he handled the situation as a leader. Thank you for reacting to this! Who is in the album Muse- Jimin's 2nd solo album They announced that they will be working on solos during Festa 2022 but they did mention military service. They only said it will BTS Chapter 2. (You have to see that Festa Dinner so you can fully understand) It was later on, right after their last concert "Yet to Come in Busan" only then they announced their participation on the military service starting with Jin. But knowing BTS, they probably already knew it was coming and had it all planned out. And looking back on how insanely well Chapter 2 has gone back more than half way, they most like has already planned what's gonna happen in the next 5-10 years. Their geniuses! Also, they lived together since they were trainees more than 10 years I think. It was only in 2022 when they decided to have their own places. Lastly, they were eating fishcakes.

Kpop in general plans things waaaay ahead of when they actually happen. These guys definitely had a plan about the solo and military thing. Of course, they couldn't tell us that they had decided to go ahead and enlist. But, I guarantee you they knew when they announced their break for solo activities. I immediately knew when they announced it at FESTA dinner that that was PART of the reason for the break. We knew already that several of them were approaching the age where they would HAVE to enlist anyway. I'm positive that they planned time for solo activity before having to enlist, and they decided to pre-record a bunch of stuff for us knowing they'd be gone, and they decided to all go at approximately the same time, so they wouldn't have to do group activities without any of the members. Best decision ever, IMHO. And, the way they did it....well, that's another story, but I was so proud of them!!!

Peachy, I don't know if anyone answered your question.. The members have always worked on solo projects while being part of the group. They took this break because they knew their military service was coming up and they wanted to leave ARMY with as much content as possible. Our Kings have strategically planned all of this ahead of time for us. When they come back in 2025 they will come back as a group and they will continue to work on their solo projects. BTS is different from any other artist I've ever had knowledge of. They are so dedicated to their craft/artistry that they are willing to do whatever it takes to provide ARMY with the best content possible while expressing themselves honestly. BTW I love watching your reactions. Grandma appreciates you.

They all lived together at different dorms, first as trainees together and also with some other trainees (some were trainees for 3 years, Jimin just a short time) and then as a group all together at dorms (they upgraded as the years passed) but all 7 always together up until they moved to separate apartments. The members have not all had their own rooms at the dorms but shared rooms so SUGA and Jin were roommates at BTS dorm, living with all the members, they weren't just roommates alone somewhere but at BTS dorms. A few years back (to me it feels like just 1 year ago, time flies) they moved out of their dorm and all got their own separate places.
This is looong , sorry for my essay lol The thing with the hiatus was kinda something... it was more about the panic generated by media, some armys and gossip, a lot of people started projecting what happened with 1D, we always knew that military service was near, however when they announced the hiatus in June 2022 (at their anniversary dinner) they told us that they wanted to ‘officially’ create solo stuff in order to explore new things and then come back to work as a team (the guys already had solo projects on bts albums, mixtapes, songs and collaborations), the albums they have released since their hiatus as a group have physical releases and promotions (interviews, performances, etc.) and that's why they are considered ‘official’. Then in October of the same year there was an official announcement about their military service where they would go one by one and the estimated date of their return would be 2025, another fact is that the guys renewed their contract with big hit in 2023, this is the second time they have renewed since their debut and the contracts are for 7 years each one. Just as you say, the boys have always been honest with their struggles, fears and aspirations as a group, soloists and humans so I just trust their words.
Hi Peachy. I’m a 46th year old Army. Mi journey of BTS started last year when my daughter of 13 at that moment took me to the movies to watch the last concert of BTS Yet to come in Busan. I have to say a know I lot about them and still has a lot to learn. My recommendations for you are to end the Jimin’s bday week or month watching his live performance of Serendipity stage mix and live Lie performance. You should listen to Face off too from his Face album and Be Mine of his Muse album. Watch his explanation of his songs/albums. Then you should watch live performance of The truth untold and Zero o’clock of the vocal line. Then as my last recommendation for now is to combine the live performances with their dance practices. Here's how it went. Every year for Festa (anniversary of their debut date), the members have a dinner where they discuss serious and deep issues and it is taped for ARMY. For their Festa 2022 dinner, they talked about starting to live apart and focusing on some solo projects. The english subtitles said they were taking a "hiatus" which in western music terms, often ends up being a breakup. The subtitles were quickly changed the next day to "taking a break from group activities to focus on solo work for a while". The western media ran with the "hiatus" theme and were reporting by the next day that BTS were breaking up. The company stocks even took a huge dive because of the misinterpretation. BTS were very emotional at that dinner (you should react to it) and it was an emotional week for ARMY too. Little did we know it just meant we would be getting 7 times as much content. Of course they knew their military enlistment was coming up and wanted to be able to put some solo work out first. They have told us that they will be coming back as a full group, but I love that they get to express themselves as soloists too.

Who was on MUSE which was his second solo album. All seven will come back together as seven in 2025. They will be releasing an album in celebration of the 10 year anniversary of "The Most Beautiful Moment In Life" album series. That was an EPIC Era, and very meaningful to BTS and to ARMY. No Worries, they renewed their contract before enlisting, so they will be continuing when they come back together. JIMIN did go to Yoongi's concert and perform Tony Montana and Like Crazy.
Of course they talked about kids they all love kids in general... But also they don't feel presure... Hmm it is hard to explain. But with years you could see their mindset, there was time when RZm talked a lot about kids and family but then after few years he said his thinking changed a little... Tae always expresed wanting kids, and members joked that he would be first to have family... Jin said it is hard to make connections so for now he is good. Jimin talks how he likes kids often. JK said he isn't focused on it for now and he dosen't need partner. Yoongi said his look at partner and dating, and you can see that he realy likes his space, he said his father Ask him about this things but it isn't something to rush. I think Hobi talked least about things like that.... Hmm 🤔 so yeah they talk about it a little but it is thru years of watching and listening to them. Prior to their hiatus announcement, the SK gov't talked a lot about the possibility of giving military exemptions to Kpop idols, and nobody really knew for sure if they would serve or not. We knew Jin was almost at his enrollment deadline. But when they announced the group hiatus, essentially they were starting their plan to have members enlist in a staggered schedule, so that there was somebody doing individual activities as often as possible. And it also gave them the creative freedom to do their own things. But they all have been emphatic that they are looking forward to doing group work again once they are all finished military duties.

there are many videos that compile the members(v, jimin) explaining the dumpling incident on lives and personal interviews and it happened in 2015-16 when they were struggling a lot mentally so that dumpling incident was a lot serious but they got closer after this
About idols having kids, there is not alot. Maybe its cause its an intense industry and not alot of time for family, but I believe it's mostly due to this stigma or standards for idols not to date, not to marry and not have any type of relationship basically. Some idols who have been around for a while and doesn't care about that anymore do have kids but there are not many of them. It's basically a scandal when they do. It's incredibly stupid. Several years ago RM did say he wanted kids but I think more recently he said his thoughts had changed. V has said that he wanted to see the members kids, but that was mostly as a metafor for them being together for a long time. And because I cannot help but recommend it to everyone, there is a Korean reality/variety show called The Return of Superman where basically celebrity fathers take care of their children without the mother for a period of time. Some families are on the show for years while some a for just a few episodes. There are several idols and former idols as parents in this, but also athletes and actors. Also current idols are sometimes also on it as babysitters, it's the most heartwarming and just wholesome show I have ever seen. The kids are soooo cute! You can find clips and like entire episodes of it, subtitled, here on yt.
35:27, yes this is before DDay tour. Suga/AgustD -DDay was released after Jimin's Face. And he did convince Jimin to perform Tony Montana with him and then left him on stage to perform Like Crazy :). When Jin and Yoongie lived together, they all lived together :). Jimin and Hobi shared a room, Jin and Yoongie shared one and RM and Tae, JK was the only one who had his own room :) They lived together since trainee days. back then , as well as early debut, they shared 1 room. So everyone knew they have to go on break to go into military. Officially it was break to focus on themself and time with family, have vacations and prepare for military and do some solo projects. Plus they didn't have to do solo projects, they choose to do. With Suchwita episode with RM but the secend one, Suga said that his album in theory was to be releses few month before but he was stuck so he moved dates, etc, also RM "RPWP" album that come out after he was in military, he made it bc he had "sudden" inspiration, he said he planed go with Hobi to military but he suddenly had urge to make this project do he decided to go with maknae line. So yeah they solo projects were not a must and we didn't mnie what we would get, how much, if something would come, etc... Every male band in Korea is preparing for this time, but usuallymemvers go and group is active without my this member and they do less promotion as group and do some solo music or unit music. BTS from begining decided that they want to go close in time... So it was really determinated by Jin going bc he literally had bc of his age... Jin and Suga and RM went with their age limit Jhope go yeah earier then he must, V and Jimin gone also raster then they have to. And JK gone like 4 years before he must. If they all would go with age limit literally for 6 years we would have 2-3 member going back and going in. So it was honesly the best decision.

Bts has indeed talked about wanting children. Tae once said he wants all the members's kids to be friends with eachother. Jimin has said that if he ever has a daughter, he will cry everyday or something. So in Festa 2022 is when they announced they would be doing solo stuff but the translations used the word “Hiatus” instead of like “break from group activities” so the internet and media went crazy calling it a full on hiatus and mentioning the possibility of them never getting back together (since other groups/bands have gone on a hiatus but never came back. Plus the boys were very emotional in the festa (I think because they were afraid of how army would react to them taking a break and THEY knew about the military but we didn’t then, that news came later, a lot of groups lose fans and relativity while in the military so…they were worried I’m sure) so with them being emotional in the festa video, the word ‘hiatus’, and the lyrics for their songs in the album Proof that came out right before Festa 2022, things got out of control with armys and locals thinking they would break up. Jungkook literally had to go on weverse live the next day to say yo.. BTS isn’t breaking up?! Just a break to focus on solo stuff. And since then the boys have not stopped mentioning their reunion in 2025 and how they can’t wait to be together as BTS again.
Hi, i am back. Good reaction, ty. U still should see the dumpling incident full video. Who is the title track for Muse Jimin's mini album. Suga actually spoils it here for us, sigh. He hints that Jimin is working on another album. Pests! lol. Umm, newer army were freaking out, sigh. All the male groups start solo work in prep for enlistment in the future. BTS started solo work within BTS music which was very different. So they started solo work late as Karmy says. The rappers started solo work earlier than the others. They have the most experience. But no one made an album until recently. They really spent as much time as they could with us. They enlisted super late. So they were much older than the others in the army. Like JHope said he was 10 yrs older. They announced the heatus during Festa Dinner 2022 which u can watch. It's a hard video to see actually. I've seen it many times because they speak honestly and really share and it's painful but needed. Some of the older army were waiting for enlistment news. So to many it was not a surprise but to newer fans this was very confusing. The video was made for us but some silly media watched and announced BTS were breaking up. And it was just chaos. BTS had to explain that they are not breaking up and just going off to military. They calmed many of us who were traumatized by One Direction many yrs ago. BTS are coming back as a group in 2025 making a special anniversary HYYH album for us. It's going to be wild in June. We going to get lives and updates. All the guys are hard workers so they are going to hit the ground running just like Jin. No Peachy a song camp is just Bit Hit thing and HYBE think. This is how their label helps them make a song/mixtape/album. It's a brainstorming session. Soobin is from TXT. They like their younger brothers in the label. Soobin is the leader of TXT. Yeha you should watch ALL of their MAMA (Mnet Asian Music Award) and MMA (Melon Music award) performances. These two awards are like the main award show in South Korea so Kpop artists usually do extra fancy performances and BTS definitely gave the best. Personally, their performance are very creative.

I'm only seeing kind of obscure answers to your question, so... it's literally a line in Jimin's song Serendipity: 난 네 삼색 고양이 = "I'm your 3-color cat" which is what they call calico cats. He's referred to himself as such occasionally since then. As others have said, male calicos are very rare and considered good luck by some, which is where that line comes from. (I think he mentioned something about it in the Serendipity behind footage or an ARMY bomb? It's been a while...) Yes, idols gain weight in the military. They're forced to eat 3 meals there and sleep at prescribed times. As idols having to be in photos and on camera all the time, they diet and their schedules can make it so that they don't sleep much or don't sleep well. Some have come out of the military and cry when they come back because being an idol is harder. Hopefully it's a little better for BTS but we know they're hard on themselves too.

Like you can take any two members from these 7, and their duo would share some different kind of special bond to others duos..all these duos hv different dynamics with same ammount of closeness, you get what i mean?😁 Like the respect, love, admiration is there.. afterall all 7 are like close brothers/family to each other at this point..and we can't compare this closeness of each duo with other.. it's like comparing oranges with apples..and that's the fun part of discovering different duo of tannies 😌 there's some special bond between these 7💜🤌🏻✨
Exactly! Even as a baby Army I can very clearly see that. It's so ridiculous when some people try to ship the members or claim that some members aren't close when they're obviously the epitome of friendship and a family. You can tell they all genuinely love each other and seeing how their dynamics work with every duo/trio is always fun since they have different personalities. I always say that the main reason BTS have been going strong for all these years is because of their bond with each other and with Army. It's not something I've ever seen with any other group 💜

To answer your question, their have been idols who have had dating scandels and had to leave the group because of toxic fans. Some had to leave their label: like Dawn and hyuna ( their not together anymore). But many of the first and second gen idols are married and have kids. Chen of EXO is married and has two beautifuls kids, and that was a special case because most everyone was accepting and he is still a part of the group and still performing.

They are still technically signed with Bighit, that's their label. Hybe is the umbrella corp that has a bunch of different labels and other businesses under it.

- Jimin refers to himself as a calico cat because male calico cats are actually rare (about 1 in 3,000 to 1 in 10,000). :D Like he probably meant that he would be that special cat for you sort of thing. hehe
- Not all guests brought alcoholic drinks to the show :) Some opted for healthier drinks
- More context on the dumpling incident: Taehyung was filming for the k-drama Hwarang at that time and he came from shooting all day, starved for food when he came to dance practice with the rest of the team. Taeh wanted to have a quick break to eat the dumpling and Jimin said they should all eat afterwards when practice is over. They first argued inside the dance studio and the hyungs asked them to argue about it outside (probably hoping they would stop), but the arguing continued and the hyungs asked them to come back inside LOL There are compilation videos on YT that Taeh, Jimin, and JK all recount what happened during that day and until they finally made up over drinks :D
- "Who" is on Jimin's 2nd album, Muse. The songs there include, "Rebirth (Intro)", "Interlude: Showtime", "Smeraldo Garden Marching Band" (featuring Loco)", "Slow Dance" (featuring Sofia Carson), "Be Mine", "Who", and "Closer Than This" (a song he dedicated to ARMYS on the month he entered the military)
- With BTS, music and contents are planned months and years in advance. :) The things coming now at this point were already pre-planned with the team before they even entered the military. For the maknaes, they were testing the waters since it was their first albums released last year. With Muse, Jimin got a better taste of how it was to work on his own music.
- There is no question about BTS returning or not. :) They have already signed another 7-year contract with their label starting 2025. As you watch the Suchwita episodes, you will find that they all talk about the time they finally return on stage as a group. :)
- The food Yoongi is eating is called an 'odeng', a Korean fishcake, and is usually served with a soup base where the fishcake stick is added into the soup for more flavor.

- BTS on wanting kids: As far as I know, Namjoon has openly said his dream was to become a dad (this was years ago) and recently, he said that he doesn't know if he would ever get married (and that more people in his age range are cautious about getting married). Jimin has touched on this somehow on Are You Sure, saying that when he saw the little girl walking in front of them, he tends to imagine himself as a dad and thinking that if he gets a daughter, he would teary-eyed/crying everyday. Yoongi said on another episode of Suchwita that his dad is already asking for grandkids from him LOL and Taehyung said that he wants to be a dad like his dad who is more of a bestfriend. :) The Korean entertainment industry hasn't been too kind with actors and idols getting into relationships and lifelong commitments, unfortunately. :( Some 'fans' are overly toxic and could demand that a member of an idol group leave the team for having a girlfriend, or they go to the extents of stalking their idols and even threatening them, their partners, and/or their families because they believe their idol 'belongs to them'. This is not the majority, but this toxic few does exist. :( (It is in my hopes that since BTS has such a massive pull and has always done things their way, that they would be able to start breaking that mold, possibly share that they are committed to someone [without disclosing the identity of their partner], and that eventually it becomes a norm for everyone to support idols in being 'humans' in that sense. Of course, this is not a demand for them to do so, but imagine the kind of influence they can set for the entire industry if they start to do it. A bigger part of me doesn't want them to divulge any such information because of their toxic followers.:/ )
- Jimin was the last to join the team, with only a few months of training before debuting. Taehyung was in the team before him, but was announced last (words say that he was introduced last to keep him as their 'secret weapon' and to avoid getting pirated by other companies)

These are my comments regarding your queries Peachy:
I want them to do whatever they want, whether that be getting into a relationship, getting married, having children or not doing any of these. I just want them to be happy.
On your question about who has a bigger role in BTS, I too feel BTS could only be BTS because of all 7. Remove any one of them and BTS doesn't exist. However, I do feel that the hyung-line played a huge role in shaping the values of the group which the maknae-line gracefully accepted and adhered to. I also think Jimin, his kind soul and his love for the memebrs ondividually and as a grouo had a huge influence on the group and all the elder members accepts it. (Jimin is not my bias but he deserves all the credit due to him)
I feel like popularity wise, the maknae-line does a great job as Yoongi pointed out but I feel like the serious music listeners are mostly attracted to the hung-line. It is this combination which makes Bangtan a very unique group. However, I do feel the hyung-line does not get recognised enough for their contribution like the maknae line. I hope they get all the love and respect they deserve for working their ass off for so many years.
Also, about the internal conflicts between the members, I feel like the one between V and Jin is the most serious that we have been made privy to. It was painful to watch but it also showed how authentic they are and how beautiful their value system is. I have not seen any other group releasing such raw footage of arguments between members. The members decided to show the footage because they felt that their fans should know the members aren't flawless but beautiful, imperfect human beings who continue to grow. And V and Jin grew from that incident so much and it only made their bond stronger. Also, I fell in love with Namjoon seeing how he handled the situation as a leader. It's a little difficult to watch but very much needed is what I feel! Please give it a watch when you have time!💜

Who is in the album Muse- Jimin's 2nd solo album
They announced that they will be working on solos during Festa 2022 but they did mention military service. They only said it will BTS Chapter 2. (You have to see that Festa Dinner so you can fully understand) It was later on, right after their last concert "Yet to Come in Busan" only then they announced their participation on the military service starting with Jin. But knowing BTS, they probably already knew it was coming and had it all planned out. And looking back on how insanely well Chapter 2 has gone back more than half way, they most like has already planned what's gonna happen in the next 5-10 years. Their geniuses!
Also, they lived together since they were trainees more than 10 years I think. It was only in 2022 when they decided to have their own places.
Lastly, they were eating fishcakes.

Kpop in general plans things waaaay ahead of when they actually happen. These guys definitely had a plan about the solo and military thing. Of course, they couldn't tell us that they had decided to go ahead and enlist. But, I guarantee you they knew when they announced their break for solo activities. I immediately knew when they announced it at FESTA dinner that that was PART of the reason for the break. We knew already that several of them were approaching the age where they would HAVE to enlist anyway. I'm positive that they planned time for solo activity before having to enlist, and they decided to pre-record a bunch of stuff for us knowing they'd be gone, and they decided to all go at approximately the same time, so they wouldn't have to do group activities without any of the members. Best decision ever, IMHO. And, the way they did it....well, that's another story, but I was so proud of them!!!

Peachy, I don't know if anyone answered your question.. The members have always worked on solo projects while being part of the group. They took this break because they knew their military service was coming up and they wanted to leave ARMY with as much content as possible. Our Kings have strategically planned all of this ahead of time for us. When they come back in 2025 they will come back as a group and they will continue to work on their solo projects. BTS is different from any other artist I've ever had knowledge of. They are so dedicated to their craft/artistry that they are willing to do whatever it takes to provide ARMY with the best content possible while expressing themselves honestly. BTW I love watching your reactions. Grandma appreciates you.

They all lived together at different dorms, first as trainees together and also with some other trainees (some were trainees for 3 years, Jimin just a short time) and then as a group all together at dorms (they upgraded as the years passed) but all 7 always together up until they moved to separate apartments.
The members have not all had their own rooms at the dorms but shared rooms so SUGA and Jin were roommates at BTS dorm, living with all the members, they weren't just roommates alone somewhere but at BTS dorms.
A few years back (to me it feels like just 1 year ago, time flies) they moved out of their dorm and all got their own separate places.

The thing with the hiatus was kinda something... it was more about the panic generated by media, some armys and gossip, a lot of people started projecting what happened with 1D, we always knew that military service was near, however when they announced the hiatus in June 2022 (at their anniversary dinner) they told us that they wanted to ‘officially’ create solo stuff in order to explore new things and then come back to work as a team (the guys already had solo projects on bts albums, mixtapes, songs and collaborations), the albums they have released since their hiatus as a group have physical releases and promotions (interviews, performances, etc.) and that's why they are considered ‘official’.
Then in October of the same year there was an official announcement about their military service where they would go one by one and the estimated date of their return would be 2025, another fact is that the guys renewed their contract with big hit in 2023, this is the second time they have renewed since their debut and the contracts are for 7 years each one.
Just as you say, the boys have always been honest with their struggles, fears and aspirations as a group, soloists and humans so I just trust their words.
Hi Peachy. I’m a 46th year old Army. Mi journey of BTS started last year when my daughter of 13 at that moment took me to the movies to watch the last concert of BTS Yet to come in Busan. I have to say a know I lot about them and still has a lot to learn. My recommendations for you are to end the Jimin’s bday week or month watching his live performance of Serendipity stage mix and live Lie performance. You should listen to Face off too from his Face album and Be Mine of his Muse album. Watch his explanation of his songs/albums. Then you should watch live performance of The truth untold and Zero o’clock of the vocal line. Then as my last recommendation for now is to combine the live performances with their dance practices. Here's how it went. Every year for Festa (anniversary of their debut date), the members have a dinner where they discuss serious and deep issues and it is taped for ARMY. For their Festa 2022 dinner, they talked about starting to live apart and focusing on some solo projects. The english subtitles said they were taking a "hiatus" which in western music terms, often ends up being a breakup. The subtitles were quickly changed the next day to "taking a break from group activities to focus on solo work for a while". The western media ran with the "hiatus" theme and were reporting by the next day that BTS were breaking up. The company stocks even took a huge dive because of the misinterpretation. BTS were very emotional at that dinner (you should react to it) and it was an emotional week for ARMY too. Little did we know it just meant we would be getting 7 times as much content. Of course they knew their military enlistment was coming up and wanted to be able to put some solo work out first. They have told us that they will be coming back as a full group, but I love that they get to express themselves as soloists too.
Taehyung was last to be revealed to public, Jimin was last to join the final line up, only 6 months before debut or so

Who was on MUSE which was his second solo album. All seven will come back together as seven in 2025. They will be releasing an album in celebration of the 10 year anniversary of "The Most Beautiful Moment In Life" album series. That was an EPIC Era, and very meaningful to BTS and to ARMY. No Worries, they renewed their contract before enlisting, so they will be continuing when they come back together.
JIMIN did go to Yoongi's concert and perform Tony Montana and Like Crazy.
Of course they talked about kids they all love kids in general... But also they don't feel presure... Hmm it is hard to explain. But with years you could see their mindset, there was time when RZm talked a lot about kids and family but then after few years he said his thinking changed a little... Tae always expresed wanting kids, and members joked that he would be first to have family... Jin said it is hard to make connections so for now he is good. Jimin talks how he likes kids often. JK said he isn't focused on it for now and he dosen't need partner. Yoongi said his look at partner and dating, and you can see that he realy likes his space, he said his father Ask him about this things but it isn't something to rush. I think Hobi talked least about things like that.... Hmm 🤔 so yeah they talk about it a little but it is thru years of watching and listening to them.

Prior to their hiatus announcement, the SK gov't talked a lot about the possibility of giving military exemptions to Kpop idols, and nobody really knew for sure if they would serve or not. We knew Jin was almost at his enrollment deadline. But when they announced the group hiatus, essentially they were starting their plan to have members enlist in a staggered schedule, so that there was somebody doing individual activities as often as possible. And it also gave them the creative freedom to do their own things. But they all have been emphatic that they are looking forward to doing group work again once they are all finished military duties.

About idols having kids, there is not alot. Maybe its cause its an intense industry and not alot of time for family, but I believe it's mostly due to this stigma or standards for idols not to date, not to marry and not have any type of relationship basically. Some idols who have been around for a while and doesn't care about that anymore do have kids but there are not many of them. It's basically a scandal when they do. It's incredibly stupid.
Several years ago RM did say he wanted kids but I think more recently he said his thoughts had changed. V has said that he wanted to see the members kids, but that was mostly as a metafor for them being together for a long time.
And because I cannot help but recommend it to everyone, there is a Korean reality/variety show called The Return of Superman where basically celebrity fathers take care of their children without the mother for a period of time. Some families are on the show for years while some a for just a few episodes. There are several idols and former idols as parents in this, but also athletes and actors. Also current idols are sometimes also on it as babysitters, it's the most heartwarming and just wholesome show I have ever seen. The kids are soooo cute! You can find clips and like entire episodes of it, subtitled, here on yt.

35:27, yes this is before DDay tour. Suga/AgustD -DDay was released after Jimin's Face. And he did convince Jimin to perform Tony Montana with him and then left him on stage to perform Like Crazy :). When Jin and Yoongie lived together, they all lived together :). Jimin and Hobi shared a room, Jin and Yoongie shared one and RM and Tae, JK was the only one who had his own room :) They lived together since trainee days. back then , as well as early debut, they shared 1 room. They only started moving out into their own places in 2021. officially gave up the shared place in May/Jun 2022.
So everyone knew they have to go on break to go into military.
Officially it was break to focus on themself and time with family, have vacations and prepare for military and do some solo projects.
It was like know info for fans and korean. Also BTS actually planet to go to military after tour in 2020 so like in 2021 but bc if pandemic they didn't and plan were changed do they always had plans for military.
Plus they didn't have to do solo projects, they choose to do. So yeah they solo projects were not a must and we didn't mnie what we would get, how much, if something would come, etc...
Every male band in Korea is preparing for this time, but usuallymemvers go and group is active without my this member and they do less promotion as group and do some solo music or unit music.
BTS from begining decided that they want to go close in time... So it was really determinated by Jin going bc he literally had bc of his age... Jin and Suga and RM went with their age limit Jhope go yeah earier then he must, V and Jimin gone also raster then they have to. And JK gone like 4 years before he must. If they all would go with age limit literally for 6 years we would have 2-3 member going back and going in. So it was honesly the best decision.

So in Festa 2022 is when they announced they would be doing solo stuff but the translations used the word “Hiatus” instead of like “break from group activities” so the internet and media went crazy calling it a full on hiatus and mentioning the possibility of them never getting back together (since other groups/bands have gone on a hiatus but never came back. Plus the boys were very emotional in the festa (I think because they were afraid of how army would react to them taking a break and THEY knew about the military but we didn’t then, that news came later, a lot of groups lose fans and relativity while in the military so…they were worried I’m sure) so with them being emotional in the festa video, the word ‘hiatus’, and the lyrics for their songs in the album Proof that came out right before Festa 2022, things got out of control with armys and locals thinking they would break up.
Jungkook literally had to go on weverse live the next day to say yo.. BTS isn’t breaking up?! Just a break to focus on solo stuff. And since then the boys have not stopped mentioning their reunion in 2025 and how they can’t wait to be together as BTS again.

He hints that Jimin is working on another album. Pests! lol. Umm, newer army were freaking out, sigh. All the male groups start solo work in prep for enlistment in the future. BTS started solo work within BTS music which was very different. So they started solo work late as Karmy says. The rappers started solo work earlier than the others. They have the most experience. But no one made an album until recently. They really spent as much time as they could with us. They enlisted super late. So they were much older than the others in the army. Like JHope said he was 10 yrs older. They announced the heatus during Festa Dinner 2022 which u can watch. It's a hard video to see actually. I've seen it many times because they speak honestly and really share and it's painful but needed. Some of the older army were waiting for enlistment news. So to many it was not a surprise but to newer fans this was very confusing. The video was made for us but some silly media watched and announced BTS were breaking up. And it was just chaos. BTS had to explain that they are not breaking up and just going off to military. They calmed many of us who were traumatized by One Direction many yrs ago. BTS are coming back as a group in 2025 making a special anniversary HYYH album for us. It's going to be wild in June. We going to get lives and updates. All the guys are hard workers so they are going to hit the ground running just like Jin. No Peachy a song camp is just Bit Hit thing and HYBE think. This is how their label helps them make a song/mixtape/album. It's a brainstorming session. Soobin is from TXT. They like their younger brothers in the label. Soobin is the leader of TXT. He is not the oldest. Jimin is the last member to join BTS in 2012. 13 yrs together lived together since 2010 this statement is not right. RM came in 2010. JHope came in 2011. This was another great ep. Jimin ult bias, Suga wrecker, OT7. I laughed and cried while watching this the 1st time. It was a roller coaster of emotions. This is my fav episode hands down. Yeha you should watch ALL of their MAMA (Mnet Asian Music Award) and MMA (Melon Music award) performances. These two awards are like the main award show in South Korea so Kpop artists usually do extra fancy performances and BTS definitely gave the best. Personally, their performance are very creative.
The clips they showed were from the mama award performance..ones to look for mama 2018,2019 and 2020.

I'm only seeing kind of obscure answers to your question, so... it's literally a line in Jimin's song Serendipity: 난 네 삼색 고양이 = "I'm your 3-color cat" which is what they call calico cats. He's referred to himself as such occasionally since then. As others have said, male calicos are very rare and considered good luck by some, which is where that line comes from. (I think he mentioned something about it in the Serendipity behind footage or an ARMY bomb? It's been a while...)
Yes, idols gain weight in the military. They're forced to eat 3 meals there and sleep at prescribed times. As idols having to be in photos and on camera all the time, they diet and their schedules can make it so that they don't sleep much or don't sleep well. Some have come out of the military and cry when they come back because being an idol is harder. Hopefully it's a little better for BTS but we know they're hard on themselves too.
Guests can bring whatever they want, not necessarily alcohol. Those who don't drink much were brought coffee, tea, cocktails and juices))
an idol from a group called RIIZE got bullied out of the group by fans because they saw a video of him kissing an old girlfriend and smoking. many people mostly in South Korea are K pop stans dont say if you want to date you shouldnt become an idol. people are too nuts thinking the artists belong to them. so many dont announce relationships ( unless caught ) until they are married lol

Okay peachy let me tell you something.. being into this bangtan shiii for 6-7 yrs😂 being hardcore ARMY for these last 7 yrs, and consuming their content for these yrs..one thing i hv noticed is that there's nothing like "more/most close memebers outside of company and bla bla thingy" to be honest with you..all of the 7 members are super duper close to each other but, BUT all 7 share different dynamics! Like you can take any two members from these 7, and their duo would share some different kind of special bond to others duos..all these duos hv different dynamics with same ammount of closeness, you get what i mean?😁 Like the respect, love, admiration is there.. afterall all 7 are like close brothers/family to each other at this point..and we can't compare this closeness of each duo with other.. it's like comparing oranges with apples..and that's the fun part of discovering different duo of tannies 😌 there's some special bond between these 7💜🤌🏻✨
Exactly! Even as a baby Army I can very clearly see that. It's so ridiculous when some people try to ship the members or claim that some members aren't close when they're obviously the epitome of friendship and a family. You can tell they all genuinely love each other and seeing how their dynamics work with every duo/trio is always fun since they have different personalities. I always say that the main reason BTS have been going strong for all these years is because of their bond with each other and with Army. It's not something I've ever seen with any other group 💜
