Very inspired ng ..thank you. Please do more of this so we are inspired everyday. The world has so much negativity and listening to this helps us believe that truly there are many things to be grateful for.
I feel every school should have a mandatory curriculum where every kid in school should write 10 things for what they are grateful for every day. This will not only be a one step towards elimination of depression but also a one step towards better society. We live in a world where people focus more on negative than positive, we need to shift the focus and bring in the need for belongingness and ultimately joy.
