I see this as a plus. Even when Problem Solver 68 has to serve some customers, they can also relax in their own onsen after work. It can work wonders to ease Haruka's anxiety and stress, God knows she deserves to be happy.
This is why I love the Blue Archive universe, it's always so goofy yet so cute and wholesome at the same time, everyday just feels like looking at your cute troublemaker children leaving a mess behind them
