Great looking build. What traits and enchantments on the RINGS. I don't have money for tri-stats yet, so what traits and enchantments would you recommend on the armor?

Honestly man. I’m like you. I don’t have everything gold or perfect. Bloodthirsty best on jewelry but I have arcane and it’s still good. For enchant use what makes u comfortable
Hell yeah dude, with the buff to chilled damage it’s basically like way of for for free and northern storm is classic Zos lol, skill is still useless in PvE but broken af in PvP 😂

I would go reinforced on the big pieces and then well fitted or impenetrable on the small., mix n match enchantments as you wish
