Noice short film. Always nice to see some paleozoic creatures get some attention. Was this inspired by the Dimetrodon storyline from WWM by any chance? If I had one compliant, it would be that the puppeting was a bit "floaty" at times. Because you were (I assume) holding Dimetrodon's from above by their sails, they looked a lot like they were levitating just above the ground. It would have been better if they were more firmly resting on the snow. The pupetting for the fight also felt a bit weak, it started good with them sparring for position, but towards the middle it seemed a bit like they were just bumping into each other. It reminded me a bit of the DI S4 finale. Still very good though.
Yes, this short was inspired by WWM, specifically the Dimetrodon fight scene. A lot of the choreography was inspired from that scene, with the two Dimetrodons wrestling each other to the ground. I do agree the middle is a bit messy, the standout moments for me are the beginning with them circling each other and the end with the Schleich one knocking the Safari one to the ground. As for the floating, I was in fact holding them by their sails, which in some shits I feel makes them look quite alive, but in others it's a bit obvious.
@EricTheRed-327 Yeah, at times they did look quite alive, but at others they started to float and the immersion snapped in an instant. Still a good job overall.

Also, I guess Archosaur Archives isn't just Archosaurs anymore. Synapsids welcome.
