the clash were very average, im aware of the legacy they left behind and the impact, but there are far better punk bands out there, even ones inspired by them, done it better, like stiff little fingers, the vibrators, crass, peter and the test tube babies, etc etc, are all far better bands..not saying the clash isnt good..just very overrated (Yes im aware your comment is 5yrs old)

yay!! an Oasis fan!! (love them!) well, i feel Anti-Flag's name is often mentioned along side that of Rise Against's! So, they're cool, especially they're earlier albums (They sound similar to the Offspring, in my opinion!!). And in Anti-Flag's song, I hear some Rage Against the Machine influence! Have fun listening!
I saw these guys in April, and I was so disappointed. What happened to them? I mean they look like Hot Topic threw up all over them. They didn't put on half the show they used to. They just kind of teeny-bopped around on stage. These guys aren't punk anymore, I would classify them more as pop, and that's being generous. Definitely still fun to listen to, but so very far away from the real thing. If you want punk, listen to the Casualties, the Krum Bums, Street Dogs, The Unseen, the Briggs, etc.
