Also I kinda agree with Solaiman Shukhon's pov. I don't think it's a syndicate issue. Social media is going through an evolution and ultimately even the top 1% of full time creators don't know where the future lies after 5-10 years (as opposed to a regular job/career). Great discussion nonetheless!
