he never fails to show care for others. His song "Story" is a perfect example. Many other artists choose to represent the shooters or hatred towards people. I found this song the same day I chose to end it all. 85 hour weeks taking care of my girlfriend and 2 kids that aren't even mine. Sitting in my car at 4am blasting music in a dirt lot 50 miles from anyone else and this song randomly came on. I put it on repeat like 15 times. And I was able to make it home with breakfast for all of us. And I've been ok ever since. I wish I could thank NF in person. He truly saved my life. And I'm sure that of my girlfriend and both of her . .both of our kids. Thank you man. Wherever you are thank you.
@@MyNameBlur I'm a little better each day. I love both of my children. I love my whole family. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to show concern for me and my problems. I know they're just mine to deal with. But I have nobody to talk to. I can't tell my family that through everything they've given me and everything I've shown in return I'm still depressed. I still feel like a failure. My only vice is getting lost in music to try to find songs that make the abyss a little less of a strange place. And hopefully one day I can look around and finally see everything in the brightness and the future will seem less like a blinding light and more of a reflection of what the good memories and tough struggles have carved out. I hope you have a great day. Thank you again. Your comment means more than you could ever imagine.
It's been 5 months since you posted this but I hope this still finds you better with each day. And to echo what the others said, you're an incredibly man for doing what you do.
Hey if your reading this, just remember that this pain is temporary and will not last forever, and while your going through it your not alone we are all in this together doing the best we can, I'm proud of you for still being here fighting everyday, cus it's really not easy but you still strong enough to not give up, know that I care about you and I'm glad your here, your feelings are valid and I believe you'll get to a better place with time. I hope this helps, you don't have to accept my comment or like it but I just did it for the people who needs it. Remember to drink water get some rest and check on your loved ones❤️.
“Millions of us just like you, like you, like you, just like you, like you, like you” is stuck in my mind. And I hope the vibe here doesn’t get ruined by tik tok.

Hey NF and Community, I've been struggling with depression and with my faith the past few months. Tonight was a low really point in my life but after hearing this song, I have hope. I felt every single lyric. Every single verse hit it right on the head. Thank you for that ❤️❤️
If you feel lonely, depressed, heartbroken, suicidal; just know that “there’s millions of us just like you” so keep holding on, don’t give up because you are worth living and every member of the Outcast family love you.
Touché. Because we’re all different, yet we’re not indifferent. We’re living and resilient. Bleeding and battling our own differences. But yet we’re not that different, so listen to this.
@@NitemareAfterKrismas my wish when I was a kid to meet someone like me, but thats the best I can get. maybe I'm blind, but I still haven't found that person.
@@old.1879 I do realize that age old quote, to be the person you’ve never had. But if there’s no one that needs you. Then why bother? I do see where you’re coming from though. Maybe NF is the beacon of light to bring us all together then.
Out of all of NFs songs this one hit me the hardest. As soon as I heard the line "Just Like You" I literally cried like I never had before. These words are so powerful and meaningful to me 💕💕
Yeah but this is the same generation who doesn’t know what to do with themselves. They change they’re sexualities, they haven’t learned that some things can’t be changed, they don’t understand, and most of us including me or disappointed to be apart of it,
i just love how NF has made a fanbase that can relate to each other on different levels and connect through his music to make us feel less alone, it's made his videos and music safe space when we feel lost, or need motivation. im so glad i found him :)
I don’t think it would be an exaggeration to say that this song saved a lot of lives. Because it definitely saved mine. I was at a very dark point in life when I discovered NF and this song when I first heard it, was extremely relatable and I just broke down. “There’s millions of us just like you” and I didn’t feel so alone anymore. This is my favorite NF song and my favorite song I’ve ever heard.
"Yeah Everybody falls sometimes Just remember that that's alright,It's the rainy days that give us love for the sun,And if it isn't,I guess I'll be fine believing it does,oh yeah,Everybody falls sometimes,Just remember that that's alright,It's the lows in life that make you cherish the highs,And if isn't, I guess I'll be fine believing a lie, ayy."
Sending love to the broken, the defeated, the lonely, the sad, the depressed, to those with indecision, or anything that is holding you back from being your best.
The first time I listened to this I thought i was in the shower so I couldn't exactly hear it properly so I thought that it said "You're not the only Christian in the world that's hurting"
NF, you saved my life, and kept me in the world. I heard it when I needed it most, absolutely I day i struggled and couldn't overcome it. But this song came, so everyday now I listen and cry the tears I need to shed, and I let go of just enough struggle to continue to the next day. Thank you, thank you for telling the story
@@user-fv5fv9mw8q I see it. And I'm all good now, doing better. Thank you for taking the time to check in, I appreciate that, and hope that things are well in your life, or if not, that you have someone there that you are able to open up and talk with.
Na.. give this man an entire ceremony.. NFammy.. NF is the highest level... there's no other way to say it.. nf be that logo capital be that label 🏷 chapter 1 baby.
I love how he says "There's millions of US just like YOU", like how he doesn't separate himself from anyone else dealing with stuff...feels like he's actually directly talking to you, or me, or anyone listening to this work of art
Saying an artist is underrated while accumalating almost 1.5 Million views in 3 days (on this track) and having a RUclips Channel with 7 Million Subs is so dumb.
I honestly wish I had an artist like this in my teen years. I'm 36 now, found NF a few years ago, and still struggling with things as an adult, that I was as a Teen. Having an artist like this would have deff helped me a lot when I was younger and more self destructive. This man gives me hope on future music and the future of the youngins who are next up or just getting up. We need more NF's and less of all the other bullshit.
An old friend from middle school interested me to NF, and I'm glad she did. If she didn't I probably would have been dead or dying rn. Thank you Jesus and thank you NF✌❣
A friend recommended him to me during our military service. Best man I've met. Bless him. Like Nate says, you're not alone. There's millions just like me and you. Good on you for fighting still. We're in this together, across the globe.
Song: Came out literally like 1-2 minutes ago even tho the song is 4 minutes long. Every huge fan: Likes before they even hear the whole song cause they know it's gonna be a banger. I love NF's songs they are always so amazing. 😭💕
2022 I struggled with depression and almost took my life multiple times. I was starting to slip again this year when I discovered NF. He is so impactful and real. I've never been able to easily explain my feelings and put then into words. NF does all that and more. He expresses exactly what I need when I need it. It's strange how I can feel so much for someone who I've never met and who's never met me. I still can't describe my feelings in words but I mean this x1000 when I NF is incredible. God 100% knew what he was doing in NF's life through all the ways he's be able to help and touch others. Just scrolling through the comments for a minute and you can see his effect on others. I respect NF so much as he is right there with other in the journey of life. If you start from the beginning of his songs to now you can see just how much he's gone through and how far he's come. I'm so honored to continue to watch his journey as he helps me through it too. Bless God for NF. Bless NF for being REAL.
@@notgoodatvideogames3485 Yeah he has a healthy number of subs and he does get platinum and all but rappers aren`t only gauged by number and I feel lyrically he is underrated.
I went to a concert last year in TN. This was one of his final pieces before the night ended. I will never forget how it felt, standing alongside hundreds of others, arms raised and pointing to the stage, all singing these words together. I can't even describe it.
It is electric. Was working stage front for his show at Merriweather and the crowd energy was one of my favorite parts of the whole thing. Right as he starts singing the final chorus, they had some cryo cannons blast confetti into the air and the crowd went absolutely nuts, but in a good way. Literally went from having no idea who NF was to being a huge fan because of the experience.
You helped a 13 yr old feel less lonely. That same girl still listens to you at 18. I know this sounds dumb, but for 5 years it felt like you were the only one who knew exactly how I felt. And because of the relatability, it helped me push through.
I was confused about what you're saying until I was scrolling while listening to this song and saw another one and I was like "hold up a sec-" and I checked his channel
"I want you to know when you're alone and you feel afraid, you're not the only person in the world that isn't okay. There's millions of us just like you." Something about this just hits me hard.
this song saved me when i was at my lowest. it is ridiculous how much NF’s music has helped me. i genuinely was in the darkest place i’ve been and he saved me with his music.
this is an amazing song. There's millions of us just like you. why do we all know this, but never do anything about it and we never do anything to help others feel better
"I want you to know when you're alone and you feel afraid, you're not the only person in the world that isn't okay. There's millions of us just like you." WOW
The thing is society is so cruel to people that suffer trauma, anxiety, depression, and any other mental disorders. But NF has been the help everyone needed.
I feel like NF made this song personally for me because I feel like I have to wear a mask around everybody and when I listen to this song I feel like it’s therapy. Thank you NF
"Youre not the only person not feeling okay" Theres a very thin line between making that relatable or making that condescending, and seeing how he does the former is beautiful.

tbh NF rhyming is nothing compared to other rappers. sure his second verse on Paid my Dues is amazing, but it isn't the best here is some story telling rap songs that are better than this ruclips.net/video/b7Ztmkg-SIs/видео.html (skip to top 5 in the vid) Only good story telling song he wrote, well, was "story". that isn't the *best* either. edit: Also no disrespect to NF (i enjoy his music) , but he isn't the best lol

When he said:
Just in case my car goes off the highway
Or the plane that I get on decides that it's my last day
I want you to know when you're alone and you feel afraid
You're not the only person in the world that isn't okay
There's millions of us just like you, like you, like you
Just like you, like you
There's millions of us just like you, like you, like you
Just like you, like you
It's strange the way the mind can wander, but also stop the gossip
And chat with memories that you and me aren't really fond of
Maybe you're just out to find love, maybe you lost who you was
Maybe you're just like me and feel the need to stay in your rut
'Cause if you left it, you might feel like you're no longer you
It's so impressive, the way the mind can play with the truth
It's interestin' that nobody can walk in you shoes
But still relate and feel the same, so in a way, guess we do
You ever think about what it would be like
If the clouds were gone and you could see light?
If the door was open, would you take flight
Or just close the curtains up and stay inside?
Take a walk with me, take a risk with me
I'm scared too and it gets so tempting
When you're so empty to disown everything
You hold dearly when you know clearly
You been so buried in your own fairytale
The soul's tearin' bunch of holes in me
I relate to it, but in case you been
Thinkin' no one does, here's a great theory
Throw a Hail Mary, let ya mind fly
To the sun rise, could be so scary
Make your faith vary, feel the pain glaring
But the weight carried ain't in vain, hear me? (Hear me?)
Just in case my car goes off the highway
Or the plane that I get on decides that it's my last day
I want you to know when you're alone and you feel afraid
You're not the only person in the world that isn't okay
There's millions of us just like you, like you, like you
Just like you, like you
There's millions of us just like you, like you, like you
Just like you, like you
So often I feel desperate, I think my heart's infected
How 'bout yours? How 'bout yours? How 'bout yours? I guess if
You feel the best when your life is hectic, you might be destined
To stay defective, so join the club, it ain't that hard to get in
It's hard to leave though, look at the guest list
I bet that your name is on it, don't believe me? Check it
See dead ends
In life we come to tend to raise some questions
Suggestion
Know that your feelings might give wrong directions (Infested)
Yeah, with the feeling of failure
Let it take over your body, it makes ya
Question the life that you have
Situations you might have endured become nothin' but dated
Old and forgotten, but what would you say if
I told you that there was some hope we could make it?
I know what you're thinkin', I'm thinkin' it too
Could you really improve and be somethin' worth savin'?
See, I could pretend like I have all the answers
But none of us do, it's the reason we battle
Convincin' yourself that you don't really matter's
Like feedin' a cancer and letting it travel
To every part of you, but what if we did
The unthinkable and cancel our trips?
What's achievable depends on the risk
So pick up your chin and listen to this
Just in case my car goes off the highway
Or the plane that I get on decides that it's my last day
I want you to know when you're alone and you feel afraid
You're not the only person in the world that isn't okay
There's millions of us just like you, like you, like you
Just like you, like you
There's millions of us just like you, like you, like you
Just like you, like you (You, you, you, you)
Yeah, everybody falls sometimes
Just remember that that's alright
It's the rainy days that give us love for the sun
And if it isn't, I guess I'll be fine believin' it does, oh yeah
Everybody falls sometimes
Just remember that that's alright
It's the lows in life that make you cherish the highs
And if it isn't, I guess I'll be fine believin' a lie (Ayy)
Just in case my car goes off the highway
Or the plane that I get on decides that it's my last day
I want you to know when you're alone and you feel afraid
You're not the only person in the world that isn't okay
There's millions of us just like you, like you, like you
Just like you, like you
There's millions of us just like you, like you, like you
Just like you, like you
*I felt that*
me too
I'm just like you
Yup
Just like you m8
There's millions of just like you mate
I found this song the same day I chose to end it all. 85 hour weeks taking care of my girlfriend and 2 kids that aren't even mine. Sitting in my car at 4am blasting music in a dirt lot 50 miles from anyone else and this song randomly came on. I put it on repeat like 15 times. And I was able to make it home with breakfast for all of us. And I've been ok ever since. I wish I could thank NF in person. He truly saved my life. And I'm sure that of my girlfriend and both of her . .both of our kids. Thank you man. Wherever you are thank you.
Wow, keep powering through life, your a strong strong man never forget that
@@MyNameBlur I'm a little better each day.
Strong bro. Most people give up, but you didn’t. Think about that.
Stay strong brother, you are not alone. Life is an uphill battle, it gets worse before it can get better

This really needed a video…in concert video…the crowd would of been electric…such a brilliant tune….
I went to a concert last year in TN. This was one of his final pieces before the night ended. I will never forget how it felt, standing alongside hundreds of others, arms raised and pointing to the stage, all singing these words together. I can't even describe it.
Must of been brilliant 🎶 I think a concert video would of made this drop huge, hopefully some new stuff soon too !

This is why I respect NF so much. You can hear how much pain he's in, but he's still trying to help the rest of us. It's amazing.
I knowwwwwwwwwwww
Exactly.. 🖤🖤🗝
He just needs God like all of us
Yea 🙂
It's crazy...
I love u nf
The thing is society is so cruel to people that suffer trauma, anxiety, depression, and any other mental disorders. But NF has been the help everyone needed.
"Its interesting that nobody can walk in your shoes but still relate and feel the same so in a way guess we do"
Gets me every time.
The reason I can't stop listening
❤
He seriously knows his fans. Hes literally talking directly to us guys
exactly
Yea he is… makes me feel safe
yep
Right
Yea really calming
I feel like NF made this song personally for me because I feel like I have to wear a mask around everybody and when I listen to this song I feel like it’s therapy. Thank you NF
this is the song that the world NEEDS to hear.
"Youre not the only person not feeling okay"
Theres a very thin line between making that relatable or making that condescending, and seeing how he does the former is beautiful.
this is so damn true
True
Just in case my car goes off the highway
Or the plane that I get on decides that it's my last day
I want you to know when you're alone and you feel afraid
You're not the only person in the world that isn't okay
There's millions of us just like you, like you, like you
Just like you, like you
There's millions of us just like you, like you, like you
Just like you, like you
[Verse 1]
It's strange the way the mind can wander, but also stop the gossip
And chat with memories that you and me aren't really fond of
Maybe you're out to find love, maybе you lost who you was
Maybe you're just like mе and feel the need to stay in your rut
'Cause if you left it, you might feel like that you're no longer you
It's so impressive, the way the mind can play with the truth
It's interestin' that nobody can walk in your shoes
(Hear me?)
[Chorus]
Just in case my car goes off the highway
Or the plane that I get on decides that it's my last day
I want you to know when you're alone and you feel afraid
You're not the only person in the world that isn't okay
There's millions of us just like you, like you, like you
Just like you, like you
There's millions of us just like you, like you, like you
Just like you, like you
[Verse 2]
So pick up your chin and listen to this
[Chorus]
Just in case my car goes off the highway
Or the plane that I get on decides that it's my last day
I want you to know when you're alone and you feel afraid
You're not the only person in the world that isn't okay
There's millions of us just like you, like you, like you
Just like you, like you
There's millions of us just like you, like you, like you
Just like you, like you (You, you, you, you)
[Bridge]
Yeah, everybody falls sometimes
Just remember that that's alright
It's the rainy days that give us love for the sun
And if it isn't, I guess I'll be fine believin' it does, oh yeah
Everybody falls sometimes
Just remember that that's alright
It's the lows in life that make you cherish the highs
And if it isn't, I guess I'll be fine believin' a lie (Ayy)
[Chorus]
Just in case my car goes off the highway
Or the plane that I get on decides that it's my last day
I want you to know when you're alone and you feel afraid
You're not the only person in the world that isn't okay
There's millions of us just like you, like you, like you
Just like you, like you
There's millions of us just like you, like you, like you
Just like you, like you
I have never heard an NF song I haven’t like. Every song is fire.

Nf is prolly my favorite artist ever he has songs for every type of mood and I luv his style
3:12 thank you for letting me know that crying is fine and is important
Such a good reminder to all of us that we are not alone. Feeling depressed? Others are too. Going through heartbreak? Others are too.
But jesus is with you
@@samw2670 he’s with all of us
NF’s music isn’t depressing it’s motivating and showing emotion and progress. Truly amazing how he can tell a story while rhyming.
Nice day not raining
Have you listened to Story by NF? Takes this to a whole new level!
tbh NF rhyming is nothing compared to other rappers.
sure his second verse on Paid my Dues is amazing, but it isn't the best
here is some story telling rap songs that are better than this

(skip to top 5 in the vid)
Only good story telling song he wrote, well, was "story". that isn't the *best* either.
edit: Also no disrespect to NF (i enjoy his music) , but he isn't the best lol
Whoever thinks his song's are depressing, are literally mirroring their own depression, and upset they can't think in a way that helps them escape that pain.
From the first song I've heard to I guarantee the last one I ever hear, he'll always inspire me in a way that no one else has. Gives me the confidence and knowledge that I CAN EVOLVE, I can transcend.
This music is depressing more than motivating but in most other songs it's motivating
NF reminded me that I AM not the only one. Thank you
This guy just spoke to my soul 😣
When a song is more of a real friend to you then anyone else ever couldve been.
That hurt so much but I know it’s true
@@CobraJets-mn6kq yes...oh yes it does hurt. 🖤🌌🌌

Don't you guys think it's crazy how much emotion can be conveyed in just a few minutes?
@kuroi-chan there are so many rappers that can do this tho
@kuroi-chan nfs talented but there are many better, just my opinion tho
this moves everyone and i mean everyone.

NF, I wanna say thank you. I was diagnosed with severe chronic depression, ADHD, and moderate chronic anxiety in the 5th grade. Listening to your songs is the one of the most relatable music I’ve ever listened to. You also get it. Feeling like shit from the moment you get out of the bed to the moment you go back to sleep. Thank you for reminding me I’m not alone 🙏🏻
NF is more like a narrator. Just sitting, telling you what's on his mind.
100% agree. But this song i feel like he was more of a rapper with flow switches. And not the typival NF talk and beat drop to fast flow. This song was 100x better than clouds imo.
