I miss my home town, Port Huron. I haven't been there to visit in about seven years, but made many, many trips back since my family moved to S Florida in 1959. It's not nearly the same as when I lived there since many beautiful buildings have been torn down, but thanks to the Historical Society, many have been preserved and restored and for that I am grateful.
It really upset me to learn that the old railroad bridge at the mouth of the Black River was scrapped earlier this year. It was a landmark and in many people's estimation, an historic treasure that bore testimony to the unique railroad industry that prospered this wonderful city. My dad was a wheelsman on the rail car ferries that operated just south of the bridge where Vantage Point now stands.

Port Huron is so much more than the St Clair River, International and Black River Bridges and Lake Huron. The problem with drone vids is they only capture bare roofs of what are otherwise unseen very cool old buildings and parks. I think you need some groundwork to put them in context.

I've seen this bridge many times on Streamtime live and it has made it's way to my recommendations,

I live in Michigan and haven't seen much of it, didn't know it could look like that. Wow. Nice navigation work, you got a great picture.

My childhood summers were spent on Stag Island - across from Sarnia. We crossed over by ferry, either from Marysville or Sarnia. There were no cars on Stag Island.

Very nice video. Very scenic. Next time make some comparisons either with other cities that boarder lakes and rivers. An area of interest is the riverfront. Just a suggestion.🤨

You do good work and film and editing but the Blue water bridge is not Port Huron. Go into the neighborhood and get some shots of the difference between them. Or any city for that matter. Keep up the good work!
