Hard to answer without knowing your life goals but I would recommend USA especially for bachelors as you will have tons of opportunities.

You can access everything from the app and there is 24*7 customer to help with any queries you have. Once you land in the US, you just need to open the app and click on the activate button. Your cards will get activated instantly and you can link it to google, apple pay, uber, amazon etc. to make purchases. You need to initiate the delivery of the physical card from the app which will reach to your US address in 3-5 business days, which is super quick.
