We Had Delicious barbecue at the riverside in a village in kashmir in winters January 2024
It was chilly & windy out there but the warmth of the fire made us comfortable
barbecue is called "Tujji' In kashmiri language
we bought around 3kgs of red meat and around 1 kg of chicken,marinated it at home and then we headed to the location at Riverside where we made barbecue.
