5 sc mr, slst to first stitch
(ch4, 2 tr in same stitch as ch, ch4, slst in next stitch) x5
leave a tail and fasten off
centre:
thread yarn through centre of flower from back to front, twist yarn 4 times around needle then thread back through the centre from front to back

4 ch, slst next ch
4 ch
2 tr crochet
4ch, slst next ch
Repeat to make 5 flower petals in total ( 4ch, 2 tr, 4 ch, slst )
For sewing:
Make 4 twist French Knot
Needle on top and twist 4 times around the needle
Back down
Pull the needle
Secure
