I would say that the side mounted finger print sensor is more reliable than the in-display ones and I am glad that redmi have not implemented them into their phones yet. I am glad that they have implemented proper HDR certification and have given the tried and tested Sony sensor. This really going to sell like hotcakes here in India.

This comes from the experience of using both the Redmi Note 7 Pro and the Samsung Note 20 Ultra. While Redmi N7 Pro keeps all the content in focus, Note 20 Ultra, an exceptionally good camera phone otherwise, suffers from the depth of field issue and is rendered useless when it comes to scanning a document. 50mp in this one comes with OIS, in my opinion, this one is a better option. Also, megapixels aren't everything because it all boils down to image optimisation.
