My Samsung A50 accidentally dropped in sea water a month ago. It is really expensive to repair it so I decided to get a new phone instead. I have a minimum budget of less than 10,000php($180 usd). At the same time this Tecno Spark 10 pro got released with the price of 7,500php ($135 USD). This thing outperforms my Samsung A50. Loading times is a lot faster as well in games(wild rift, codm, pubgm). The camera is also better, longer battery life as well as faster charging. The only disadvantage is that you auto brightness kicks in even when you disable it. Phones that are less than $180 can offer so much these days that you wouldn't need to get a more expensive phones nowadays.

Motherboard is just too expensive to replace. The A54 has ip67 water and dust protection. I just didn't have the budget right now but badly needed a phone. I might just be able to save up for a A54 or the next A55 next year

I just wish that there are more customization/personalization options and more fun themes in the theme store like other phones at/below this price point, another is that it charges fast and drains fast too, so turning on powerboost will help a ton, im a heavy user so i have to charge this at least once or twide a day but 2 days or more if you dont use it much. Overall, pretty excellent!

This midrange phone is not good for me. You cannot play a video smoothly while you're on a video call. As i tested this phone, i discovered that it has difficulty in multitasking. it's design, camera, battery, screen are good but there's no way you can enjoy using it 100%.

Mine got FPS dropping after the most recent OTA. I could play Mobile legends in high settings with ease before I updated it, but now, it's horrible even in low settings.
Good phone for those who want a decent budget midrange phone that doesn't "die" after the first year. Everything in this phone seems right, nice construction with glass back and 8GB+256GB. Its only flaw is the 18W, which is annoyingly slow these days.
