I have the new BL18v, BL 12v & the older 10.8v metabo kit, powerful & strong, but also great engineering tolerances, don't think there is much between them and Mafell in the drill sector. Mafell 10.8v use Metabo Motors & batts, think the 18v Mafell use 18v CAS Metabo batts too & probably motors but havn't checked!! Had festool kit in the past, Cordless plunge saw, & other drills. running a full 12v makita kit too, & 18v Makita plunge saw. They are all pretty good really, Festool are probably the best overall in my opinion and very refined. Some Mafell stuff better than Festool, Other Festool better than Mafell. Multi platforms work best for me. Milwaukee are like tractors, strong & Heavy Duty, But not very refined. Horses for Courses!!
im a bit suspicious about the settings on the festool drill that are being used. But the in this video the Mafell is the strong tool, and al least the batteries should be compatible with metabo
Mafell seems to have the most power, but I noticed, especially while boring holes that the Festool seems more steady in your hands/has less waler action. I can understand why a cabinetmaker or anyone who values precision would prefer Festool.
I heard a rumour that Mafell is a rebranded Metabo, probably with modifications of sorts. Top-of-the-line Metabo are excellent too from what I understand. I would love to see the Mafell against the brushed Hilti SF 10W-A22 ATC.
@@bendavies7571 The smaller 10.8v Mafell's use metabo motors & batteries, I believe 18v Mafell use the CAS Metabo batteries. Not sure about whats inside, havn't looked🤔

The Festool is just a rebranded Protool(Dutch) developed for construction and large woodworking, just like Mafell. I still have the Protool drill it's almost 18yo now have the carpenters chainsaw an bandsaw too, but Mafell is better than Festool on that ground, because Festool sadly dropped the big machines. The Mafell P1 jigsaw is amazing btw
Protool was never ever a Dutch Company, it was just a cheaper sub-brand of Festool itself. Festool is made for ultra precision and Mafell is for hard construction woodwork.
That P1CC is so so soo 1970s, when will Mafell put a light on it, have a blower for site sites line, put on a brushless motor and damn it rid the damn tail and put on a battery?
You are talking absolute nonsense!. The Mafell circular saws are in every way better than the makita. There is not even a comparison. This statement obviously comes from someone that has never used the Mafell track saw or rip saw. I have used both makita and more recently Mafell. And I can tell you that the Mafell is by far and a way the best saw's on the market. Makita is at best average!. I can say this because I have owned probably about 8 to 10 makita circular saw's in my life. Because they keep falling apart. I wish I had discovered Mafell years ago. I would have saved a whole lot of money. I am changing all my tools to Mafell now. Buy Mafell buy once, you will never need to buy another one!.
@@angusmacphail4135 you are dreaming I haven't owned a Makita but a I have festool Hilti and mafell circ saw is mafel isn't good, you sound like one of those Milwaukee guys that claim Milwaukee out ranks all tools when they have used the top of the range tools, all I can say is if you like it that's great I do not and that why I use a Hilti for framing and a festool for finish carpentry and mafell just gains dust. PS the Makita I used was one of my employees and it was fine would use over a mafell
Believe me my friend, I am well qualified to answer the question that you originally posed. in that Makita is better than Mafell? No chance!. I also have hilti footstool and all top barand for the right job. Because as someone who has been in the cabinet making industry for nearly 40 years. I have discovered to my cost, that quality wins out in the long run. And I can tell you that not only is the Mafell easier to use than the festool that you clame to own. It is a better finishing saw and is far more powerful. So if you claim that it is better than your dust gathering Mafell? Give us the reasons why? And what exactly is wrong with the Mafell, to make you come up with such a sweeping statement?
@@angusmacphail4135 I claim you say, well I'm not sure you actually do have the circ saw and a circ saw is not a track saw just to be clear, I have not used the mafell track saw and don't plan to, now as in for the circ saw the festool has better ergonomics and dust management, so does the Hilti, I'm not a cabinet maker I am a carpenter/builder I create homes not kitchens so maybe our difference in production is why we prefer different tool brands, now i am interested to know what use Hilti tools for as a cabinet maker?
hi, can you compare the new 2023 mafell and festool models with top batteries

How hot did the fed tool battery get . They take like 30mins to cool down after excessive use
Mine take 1.5 hours to charge when used like this, which is the standard time for this charger and battery.
Super vid
wo sind die 10x 800er vollgewinde schrauben?
I do not know how to choose which better ... I think it's your choice I have both :-)
MAFELL if you have money and brains , festool only if you have money and no brains
Do the same tests in hardwood
Why keep decreasing the torque setting on the Fes - Concerned it’ll match the Mafell?!!
no way
Yep 😂

Looks like the Mafell was on it's way to Australia!

Yes and no. They did a nice collaboration. Mafell does stand by it's one tool for generations principles
Festool is good, mafell is best
Mafell est une marque indépendante et c’est métabo qui a copier Mafell et pas l’inverse
Très belle vidéo

mafell cordless screwdrivers are made by Metabo !!!!
Both Mafell and Festool make a very good product but FLEX 24 V with turbo will Kill the both when it comes to drills

Warum Keim 90mm forstnerbohrer

That poor beam.

Mafell Screwdriver is made by Metabo
It's obvious Mafell is superior.☑️

Narex 60v jumbo
В чем суть этого ролика !? Что оба шуруповерта мощные и оправдывают свою цену ?!)))
Ну типо мафель рвет фестула, мошнее и тд... но суть фестула в точности изначально. Я за фестул. Дешевле и точней)))
Milwaukee outperforms both 😅
Mafell wins
The same machines
Mafell winner !

Protool the best
Mafell 👍🏼
Pointless test fast fast fast. How about accurate drilling
Mafell nº1
Festool is 4 speed and Best!
Schlechtes Vergleich , Festool ist kein aktuelles Modell
Maffel = Metabo
