Hi! Does anyone know why the machine changes temperature while you're mixing the ingredients? It also becomes very difficult to roll them up as they tend to freeze quickly.
It shouldn't change temperature unless you adjust it to (not recommended). If you're making a roll and it is freezing too fast before you roll it, lift it up off the machine with the spatula to give it a little more time.
