Your favorite investigators, Ross and Carrie, are joined by Emery Emery, Heather Henderson and Don Prothero for a journey to the Creation Museum in Santee, California. What happens when two science-minded investigators, a singer, a stand-up comedian and a paleontologist ask a creationist for evidence?
Hear the whole story by downloading "Oh No, Ross and Carrie" the podcast, on iTunes, or visiting www.ohnopodcast.com.

"It's what you choose to believe." If any scientist actually said that they would laughed out of the lab.

"I'm curious about your background, do you have any scientific background?"
    *Sighs*

As an observer of this from the UK, can I just day that I'm absolutely staggered by this? I know we are only a little country with limited resources these days but this sort of thing makes me feel a little superior. Not meaning to boast in any way because I feel for all the rational Americans out there. Simply dreadful!

I feel bad that such a nice man, the one who works there, has such a screwed up head.

Donald Prothero! I've listened to his fine lecture on fossil evolution evidence posted online many times and have extracted so much knowledge from it.

The book the docent was reading from is called "Secrets from the Sixth Edition: Darwin Discredits His Own Theory", which was conveniently sold in the museum book store.

I was drawn into the creato/evo issue (more-or-less full time) as the curator of a small natural history museum. We had two or three creationists a month. If Hovind, or some other scam artist was in town, that could be 1-3 per week.

That velociraptor looked great. They should've made it into a dinosaur theme park, it would be much more fun for both kids and grown-ups.

The full quote is, "I have now considered enough, perhaps more than enough, of the cases, selected with care by a skilful naturalist, to prove that natural selection is incompetent to account for the incipient stages of useful structures; and I have shown, as I hope, that there is no great difficulty on this head. A good opportunity has thus been afforded for enlarging a little on graduations of structure, often associated with strange functions - an important subject, which was not...

As a Catholic evolutionist, I not only find the Creation Museum as a paeudoscientific scam, but also as a perfect example of just how idiotic Protestantism is.

Every BELIEVER who reads: Plz consider, to provide your FAITH but what it is due to it. And provide the KAYZER (Matth22,21) in this case the REAL WORLD - the scientific revelations HOW Evolution of Cosmos/live beings on Earth came forth or were brought forth - what is due to it. Denial is sure not the best approach. Countless believers have no problems, to ASSUME, that (their) Creator brought reality forth, accurately in those ways as Science unveils.

We do not understand exactly how evolution happens, but that doesn't mean young earth cretinism is correct. There are other versions of creationism that accept science, unlike these lunatics.
