- The Duke of Sussex has filed a claim for a judicial review against a Home Office decision not to allow him to personally pay for police protection for himself and his family while in the UK.
Harry wants to bring his son Archie and baby daughter Lilibet to visit from the US, but he and his family are “unable to return to his home” because it is too dangerous, a legal representative said.
It follows an incident in London in the summer of 2021 when his security was compromised after his car was chased by paparazzi photographers as he left a charity event.
The duke wants to fund the security himself, rather than ask taxpayers to foot the bill, a legal representative for Harry said.
Harry is arguing his private protection team in the US does not have adequate jurisdiction abroad or access to UK intelligence information which is needed keep the Sussex family safe.
Mike Graham says Harry is an "utter numpty" and royal biographer Angela Levin accuses Harry's lawyers of trying to block her on Twitter.

I just watched a documentary of the Queen and I admire her 100 % more than previous. I am 79 year old Irish lady.

I am a Canadian who lives not far from where they parked whilst Prince Philip was dying. Myself and other taxpayers had to pay for their security on my dog walking paths. Fortunately, the Queen took their HRH titles because they were no longer working Royals so we got off the hook and then the US got them. I didn’t see the FBI meet them when their Private jet ride landed in LA!! In fact Trump told them to get their own Security. I am not a fan of his,however, he was correct. I think Biden should let them have the FBI …….would be so nice of him !!
