Anyone who does actual research knows the “wall” is a useless vanity project. Even if it were built to Trump’s exact specifications, which have never been clarified either, it would serve virtually no purpose. A construction ladder and a rug to slap over the barbed wire would enable anyone to cross it in a matter of minutes. Plus there are still tunnels, boats, planes, etc. Undocumented immigration has only ever become an issue because Republicans, and now Trump included, have spent years sabotaging legal immigration. Fixing the problem at the source, the Republican Party, is the only permanent solution.
