I understand... I had a rhinoplasty at 26 and it destroyed my life. People say it's fine but they don't understand and will never know what it feels like to never be able to look in a mirror and see yourself again or to never have a normal feeling or functioning nose again. It's truly a never ending nightmare. I wish people talked more about this instead of glamorizing plastic surgery and making it look easy. I hope we can somehow find peace

Feeling confliction in your heart/mind is probably one of the hardest feelings ever. I also think going through rhinoplasty personally, good or bad outcome, it’s a very very difficult surgery emotionally. To see your face different , even if it’s a good outcome, is very difficult. It’s also something you cannot explain to someone without them fully understanding that. I read so much on the emotional impact from rhinoplasty and although I mentally understood others saying it was very difficult for them , you can’t feel that until you personally go through it. I hope you find peace in whatever decision you make.

First of all, Allison you have beautiful eyes and very symmetrical features, and are absolutely beautiful. I am sorry your doctor said your looking for "perfection". I totally understand your looking for your own 'perfection' as in what you imagined your nose to look like and after surgery its supposed to fix the concerns and insecurities you have with your nose. I advise you to WAIT!! This is the first video I've seen of you and I thought you looked so pretty I thought this was the final surgery you had and were giving like a past share time thing. Thank you for being so vulnerable and sharing from the bottom of your heart.
I don't know what other concerns you have with your nose now, but if you want to get another surgery, wait. Your nose needs time to heal and recovery and it will take a few years from now to reach the results from the last surgery. This way your nose cartilage and structures are strong enough to undergo another surgery. If your nose is weak now after having a recent surgery and you have one again, it will get worse because your bones are too weak right now. I have done a lot of research! Also have had a similar experience to you.... Remember your beautiful and to be thankful for all that you do have!! Stay positive. You got this.

I had a rhinoplasty and an otoplasty in 2017, I was 25 years old too. It has literally ruined my life.
First, I developed a debilitating nose condition called Empty Nose Syndrome that causes paradoxical suffocation 24/7. After the cast was taken off, I realized something was wrong with my nose right away. it was too dramatic for me to take in. My nose was collapsed and narrow, and on top of that, it was crooked to one side. I developed depression and anxiety.
My ears I miss so much, but now I have "telephone ears" (overdone) and I feel like I look so hideous. This procedure literally took my life away.
I miss my old nose and ears.
I miss my confidence. I'm getting help from a therapist and I hope to come out stronger after all this adversity.

You are a super beautiful woman. You are more beautiful than the 90% of the population. Just see it. I had a nose job 2 days ago. The closing documentation mentioned the cause was nasal deformities. Which is true, I was born with a very asymmetrical thing one cartilage is way bigger then the other pointing down one nostril rotated deviated septum.. I always got away with it, but I also only could see my nose in the pictures. I know what you mean, trust me your nose still looks way more natural and symmetrical, than what mine was. I don't know how it will turn out for me yet, but this is it, I'm already going to be 32, lived half of my life like this, someone could ask why did I need this... still, just because I always felt insecure and I gave it a chance.. I didn't want to grow old not even trying. Trust yourself, you are very pretty. If I were you I would give it some time, and if you decide to go again, definitely go to a totally different guy. I know it doesn't matter what people say, and you only can see how it makes you feel, but I must say it is really good the state of your nose.

I got liposuction on my stomach when I was only 22 years old and got botched. I’ve been wearing a one piece bathing suit ever since. Not to mention, I was skinny (only 119 pounds) and had a very nice body. All I needed was a little fat here and there taken out and he completely destroyed my stomach with bumps. I went through a very dark phase in my 20s. 3 revisions later and it’s still not good. It has taken years to accept it and see light at the end of the tunnel. It takes time and life will get easier. I know it sounds cliche but it could have been a lot worse. Your nose looks fine!! Youre still really beautiful. What helped me out a lot was working on myself. Shifting my attention. At the time, I started going to school and focused on getting my degree and other goals. This helped me heal and be more productive rather than sitting around thinking about what others will think and about my appearance. Maybe this is a blessing in disguise. Many there’s something gods trying to teach you here. Hope you find happiness.

Girl, I completely understand where you're coming from. My initial surgery was botched beyond measure. The surgeon cut out all supporting cartilage, gave me a deviated septum, and sliced my nostril, which resulted in caving in and a scar. I had to wait the year and am recovering from my second, but it may appear I need a third. I ended up catching a rare bacteria in my second surgery and it started to eat and affect the cartilage in my nose! I wish I NEVER had a rhinoplasty to begin with, biggest regret of my life. I, too, have to worry about camera placement and different profiles on each side of my face. I also have people telling me I never needed it, yadda yadda. They don't get how this affects the every day life. I feel you girl and I'm praying for you. 🙏

I completely understand your sentiments. My initial surgeon ruined my nose. Despite undergoing two additional nose surgeries, my nose still appears deformed, as if I were in a car accident or something similar. Facing the mirror every morning has become unbearable. Instead of seeing myself, I see the results of these operations. I feel as though I am trapped in the wrong body.

Interesting that you feel trapped in the wrong body. I’m ‘fortunate’ I have bad eyesight which no ophthalmologist will address bc what I see in the mirror is far better than what it is pics! In HD pics I’ve rarely seen someone uglier. Even when I tell psychs I have low self esteem and that affects my major depression and mental health, they don’t care. I guess bc they’re glad someone looks worse than they do. Life can be very challenging for ppl like us.

I hope nobody comes for me and says i'm jealous but i need to say this and i hope i help her and she wakes up because she is not botched at all when you put her next to the really obviously botched ones. It's just that it's not her nose pre accident.
First of all she needs a hug because my comment may be a bit harsh but it's the truth.
I want to understand but i just can't😣She keeps on saying she wants to go back but yet here she is on her way to a 5th nose surgery. Who knows she might be regretting it again and making another video and on the way to her 6th nose job. She needs to know when to stop and seek counselling. She needs to understand she had an accident and she cannot get the SAME nose. She should see Christina Villegas' botched nose, now you can see where a nostril is deflated and her presurgery nose was perfect. That is what i call botched.
I first saw the video where she was on her way to her 4th surgery and at that point i thought she was pretty and her nose was ok to me and wayyy better than mine but she was still not happy. I was literally screaming 'Darling don't do it!!' What if the 5th surgery really botches her nose for real and she cannot breathe this time😣 This part is going to sound harsh but she needs to understand that people are going through much more disfiguring accudents than just breaking a nose and they come to terms with it. Some are burn victims,Some are having another persons face sewn onto where their face used to be, some have horrible scarring etc. Pls Darling im talking to you as a 40 yr old lady to a younger beautiful one. Learn to appreciate that you are blessed with a nose that can smell and that you atleast have a nose. Pls seek counselling instead of a 6th surgery.

Think about carr accident, depression, leggs amputations, woman who goes trough bad vagina surgery with a lot of pain. Maybe you can think about that. Work on your thoughts. That was all I asked for. He cut off the tip of my nose and twisted the tip. My face looks disproportionate because my nose is too short and my nostrils are prominent. I haven't felt attractive since my surgery.

My heart ached watching this video. Only people who have had rhinoplasties before will know what it feels like to have your nose become such a central point in your life. I am so sorry for everything you've been going through. I am not sure if you have already proceeded with a 5th revision, but I would recommend looking into Turkish surgeons as I have seen a lot of people in similar situations get great results with them. There are some who specialize in revisions and often have patients who have been operated on even up to 6 times before. Dr Huseyin Balikci is one that comes to mind. Plus they are way cheaper and way more experienced. To be clear, I have not had any experiences with this doctor personally but there are lots of videos on his Instagram and many accounts sharing their journey, and there are many many other skilled surgeons as well. I wish you the best with whatever decision you make, and I hope one day you are able to look at yourself past your nose and see the beauty others see in you!

This is the first time I've watched your channel. I'm sure you won't see this comment, but I just had to say: you're awesome and very beautiful. No really...you're AWESOME and BEAUTIFUL!! I know what it's like to almost obsess over something nobody else understands or sees. I'm sorry you had a shitty experience. That doctor who said that was wrong. Who is he to determine your happiness? Or anyone? You've had a traumatic experience, and your feelings are validated! Four surgeries is a lot for anyone. And you didn't ask for this to begin with.
I know it's pointless to hear from a stranger, but it's not only your looks that make you stunning. Best part about you is, you have BOTH. I promise you, nobody looks at you and thinks you're not beautiful. I just want you to end up happy. No matter what that means. I hope you find it, and I'm confident that you will. You're still so young. My advice (you didn't ask for lol) is just to wait a bit longer. Then make a decision.

My face healed better than I ever expected it to, but I definitely miss the old me. The attack also broke my nose and has left a big lump on the bridge of my nose. A plastic surgeon who specialized in faces once told me, carving a nose is not like carving a dead tree as the nose continues to change organically and because of this the outcome cannot be certain. I thought it was a really good analogy and that everyone considering plastic surgery should hear that because there's no guarantee that you're going to like the result. Not only that but living with a new face that you cannot accept as your own or see yourself as so unrecognizable, the psychological issues that can pursue it's often not worth the risk.
I had all kinds of issues with my nose at 17, so my adenoids were completely removed. I literally could not breathe through my nose, looks-wise my nose was nice I had a slight bump that I wasn't too happy about that developed when I was older but that's about it. All the parts that were taken out didn't actually fix the reason that caused them in first place. Having the surgery at seventeen to fix my breathing became a nightmare as the air would now burn my nose, as if you were cutting onions. My eyes would tear up every time I go outside, by the time I was 22, I developed extreme Sinusitis and allergies. When I went back to visit him & see what I could do, I discovered that he had done things that he had no permission to do. In fact I was really strict about not wanting any other alterations. At that point so many years had passed there's nothing I could have really done about it. Knowing what I know now and what I experienced, I would have never done the surgery but I think as a teenager you're not really thinking about all this stuff as you do when you're older & many take advantage of that.

I understand, perhaps not to the same extent.. but I have had 2 rhino-septoplasties by the same doctor and both of them turned out terrible. I know many people who have gone to him to fix their noses and deviated septums, as he is an ENT and Plastic surgeon facial specialist. So of course I thought he would be perfect. Wrong. I've come out having a completely different nose in which parts of my nose that I told him not to touch, are changed. My septum is still deviated and impacts my breathing, my nose is crooked, and my tip, which use to be my most favorite thing about my nose, is asymmetrical and the shape is ruined. It feels terrible every day knowing that this was my decision to have the surgery at the age of 15/16, just to regret it for the rest of my life. I like the way I look, but I cannot get past this terrible nose. It feels like it haunts me every day and has caused me extreme anxiety. Even if my nose wasn't the best before, I would rather have THAT knowing that it is MINE than have to go through all of this just to hate it and be depressed every day because of it. I understand when you say it is embarrassing to come to terms with all of this plastic surgery and STILL be so unhappy. It went from wanting to fix my breathing and reduce a hump on my nose to literally feeling like a plastic surgery addict when I don't even want this! I honestly just want to feel NORMAL again. It has been 5 years since my last nose job and I am terrified to do anything more. I have decided not to go to the same doctor and am currently searching for someone who can fix this mess. After this experience, It may take years before I finally can find someone I trust to touch my face. I am now 21 years old and have never been more self-conscious in my life, it is not the way for a young woman to be living life. While you are a beautiful young woman, it really does not matter what anyone thinks about your appearance. What matters is what YOU think. It is obviously causing you significant distress and that Is why I think you should keep moving forward and do whatever you can to finally get the results that you DESERVE so that you can feel comfortable with yourself. Please do what you think is best for you and do not let anyone tell you otherwise. Thank you for sharing your story with us.

🥺🥺ugh love, I feel for you. I understand completely.. I think if you’re really struggling with the appearance of your nose and if you have it in you mentally to go through another surgery then do it. Like you said coming out of this it will only make you stronger and more confident. I feel like this has already forced you to be more vulnerable and raw and that is a beautiful thing. Sending my love to you. Remember that despite all, you’re incredibly beautiful and whatever you decide is the right decision.

I feel ur pain, I've had 2 nose jobs and of course, I'm still very dissatisfied with my nose as well,
and I find that whatever is happening in my life that's not going my way, like no current girlfriend my girlfriend of 4 years just left me or
having trouble with my career etc... I always find it very easy to blame my botched nose job. I feel I used to have a beautiful refined pointed nose,
but now it's kind of round and lacks shape & refinement, I too wish id just have my original nose from birth.
I would go for a 3rd but I'm too afraid of the General Anesthesia & also of the results not meeting my expectations.
thank you Allison for your testimonial it's helping me to tolerate my botched nose.

Hey Allison, I get you. You shouldn’t feel comfortable for putting out this video, and whoever judges you, who cares. Those people probably haven’t even been through as half as much as you did. I am struggling as well and am also, so unsure what to do next. I had my rhinoplasty a year ago, and I hate to look in the mirror. I can just see my fat nose, and looks so different to my natural nose. It changed my appearance totally. Also have a bump on one side of my nose. I’m considering having 2nd rhinoplasty but am so scared. My recovery was so difficult and I’m so scared if it doesn’t go right again. Every time I look at my nose, I always get reminded of that horrible experience and always feel so sad that I got it. I know I can’t go back in time, but I live with regret every day... I truly hope that one day in the future I’ll be able to solve this and never look back again at all the painful times. I want you to know that you’re not alone. I wish you all the best and hope you’ll look at this video one day with a smile on your face. I believe you’ll make a right decision, and there remember, there is always a solution, to whatever we may face. 💛

I completely understand, I recently had a rhinoplasty in Istanbul turkey, it completely ruined my semester so far, I had it done last winter break, and is been a month of recovery I realized I cannot breath properly as my nose bridge is sliding to the left side of my nose.

I’ve had two rhinoplasties so I can totally relate to this video. There really aren’t many people out there that can relate to us. After my first rhinoplasty, I was devastated and after the second, I also was devastated until the swelling went down about 6 months later and now I’m okay with it. My nose is NOT perfect, I don’t love the way it looks from one side and I have a small bump on one side. But overall, I am grateful that I look normal, it’s such a big improvement from my first surgery and I also don’t want to go through surgery again because I know how easy things can go wrong. I think you look beautiful but I know how it feels to just feel like your nose just isn’t “you”, to look in the mirror and feel like you’re looking at a stranger. Hang in there and you never know if your nose will continue to change over time. If you decide to go through with another surgery, I travelled to a very experienced surgeon in south FL for my revision and he was great.

I understand entirely what you mean by this video. I went through almost the exact same thing as you! I had broken my nose as a kid and it healed with a huge bump in the middle so i looked like a rhino, so i got it fixed when i graduated high school. The doctor took the hump down way too much and it left me with a swoop which i hated more than the bump. So i had a revision and it was almost exactly the same. Finally i got a third surgery with a different doctor where he took a piece of rib cartilage and used it to prop the bridge back up and it took a few years to heal and finally i’m satisfied. Im 27 now and my first surgery was when I was 18 so it took 9 years to get right. What’s frustrating is everyone else didn’t see the problem, or to them it looked fine but it wasn’t fine to me. I was obsessed and i couldn’t move past it. I wasted my college years fretting over it. I get why you’re so frustrated when everyone else thinks it’s all in your head.

I had 6-7 nose surgeries. I’m botched like you. Bad asymmetrical nostrils and a collapsed side. The bone was also touched against my wishes and my perfect slope was ruined! I can barely breathe thru it and it leaks a lot; it seems permanently congested. He was double board certified. I’m in Canada and know I need a new surgeon. I’m willing to go anywhere in the world to get it fixed by a professional who knows what he or she is doing. I also woke up during surgery twice during to having insufficient anesthesia. Here (Canada) you can only sue within 2 years but I had no idea nor does anyone else who gets botched in Canada. I got punished for not being a sue-happy angry harpy!

Came across this channel (and video) sorta late. About a third of the way through the video and I just have to say... when I was in high school, I went to get a hair perm to make my hair straighter (which I'd get regularly once a year) and bc the stylist wasn't paying attention, it was left on for too long and literally half of my hair was burnt to a crisp. I walked into that salon to make my slightly wavy hair straighter and walked out with crunchy, breaking hair. Some might think it's first-world problems (and it is...) but I became so depressed that I couldn't even attend school anymore. The salon gaslit me by saying my hair was probably too dry for the treatment (no it wasn't) and bc I was young, I accepted their gift bag of moisturizing products and walked out. I can't imagine a DOCTOR using those same gaslighting techniques for a permanent surgical procedure. To say you were striving for perfection instead of owning up to it... ugh that just hit a nerve.

I was so happy that you were gonna get your surgery last year because I have watched you for about 3ish years and have seen you talk about how much it has been a burden on you. I 100% can relate to how you're feeling. I broke cartilage in my nose when I was 12 or so and got my first nose job to fix it when I was 21 by a prominent surgeon. It looked beautiful for a month or so, then my nose started getting swollen and crooked. I struggled with it for years then got the strength to do it again. Got my second a few years ago. It looked amazing, then the crookedness came back (not as bad as the first time). I also had pain for a year because of scar tissue. The doctors that are so nice and welcoming initially change personalities when you have a problem with "their work." My profile looks different on both sides. I wish I could have undone what happened originally and have my natural nose back. Nobody notices it more than us. We are our own worst critics. I know it may not help much, but you look beautiful. It looks natural. Your video really helped me and I hope you find peace❤️

Cartilage has memory and can shift back to the original shape. It's an unfortunate reality.
