Lowkey Kassadin main here i'll keep my champion underrated, 58% win rate 500+ games. He just won almost every melee AP scaling, auto oneshot at lv 12 and the only best way to counter him is to go AD mid. champ
Hey tal, As a scaling mage like syndra, vs many matchups my wave clearing feels weak early unless i use up all my mana, so i lose prio and often dont want to match enemy mid and rotate sinfe ill be missing big creep waves. Most people dont listen to danger pings in master elo, and blame me for not rotating. As syndra, should I be rotating even if it loses me creeps? I usually just push the wave to tower and get plates if enemy mid roams, but get flamed either way.
Generally u should stick around for creeps and only match roams after pushing, some things that can help r going blue runes so u can take mana flow band, or going poke runes like scorch with mana flow secondary for better laning and mana. Some matchups u just gotta accept u will get out roamed tho so depends on matchup
how does gwen fair in jungle and top? And would you say gwen mid is good to otp? I have seen a lot of gwen mid and gwen bans in recent esports, but I am aware that competitive is a different game
Gwen top can struggle into strong early game champs but is solid into tanks. Jg is her best role because it’s easy to farm and scale so she’s a solid ap jg. My friend solpport who was rank 1 this szn (is currently rank 2) rly likes Gwen mid and does well with it so even tho idk much abt Gwen mid im pretty sure it’s solid because I’ve seen him make it work.
@ thank you for the info! I play Gwen jungle currently but some games are very hard especially against good early game burst assassins. I find matchups like viego and talon almost impossible as they snowball my teams very hard and i struggle to help them out in lane. I think I will try Gwen mid as I am trying to learn some other champions in midlane as well

She is a rly good laner and bad outside of lane usually. Either start using her as a counter pick into squishy comps or become rly rly good at side laning with her and be creative about distracting the enemy during objectives
Lulu solo q platinum is sad times - trying to coordinate with adc is unfulfilling. It would be nice if I could duo q w/ her. I find at lower elo tanks generally go better than mages
Remember ranking through plat emerald and diamond will be easy play what you like and try to make the best plays you can while having fun and focusing on improving but o jectively look at what ur doing right more than negatively wrong so ur not in a spiral of bashing urself and feeling self defeated
Situational pick, bad to blind. Easily bullied in lane by most AD bruiser champs. One of the hardest scaling top laners in the game tho and can 1v9 most games IF allowed to scale for free. Good in pisslow, bad in high elo.
She used to be really strong and blind pickable basically every game because she could duel anyone at level 1 with E start before they gutted her passive damage by a full 1% or something & base AD by 4. That nerf happened pretty late after her release tho iirc. Not sure about the numbers I will check.

Doesnt scale as well as you would expect, decent laning phase, good 2 items power Spice, sadly, late game the damage is not that high, very squishy if full ap, lack a lot of damage if u build resistances, ghost and ult dependend. All of that is not that bad. The main issue is that her core items are legit trash, nashor only gives 60 ap and riftmaker is just weak, so u dont oneshot and dont have dps, dont tank, overall, dont do anything good.
i mean sett is maybe not the best blindpick compared to like renek or darius but in certain combs where the enemies have 1-2 tanks then he is definitely s++++ because of his ult and e+w combo, literally oneshotting whole teams hahaha
Mord cam r strong so I find that reasonable. Ww vi r rly good but lillia is way too situational. Ekko lane phase is meh, he’s strong but way better in jg. Lisa loses lane to all mages and is only a good counter to assassins which r not specially meta rn. Cait is strong but loses to Varus and gets out scaled by most meta adcs. Enchanters r good for duo but not solo. Ty for sharing ur opinion I hope u don’t mind me sharing my reasons for disagreeing with some of those!

Every champ is broken into the team comps they work best into so yes in some matchups sett is wonderful
