H5P is currently only available for Drupal, Wordpress & Moodle. See: h5p.org/installation It would need someone who knows Sakai to create a plugin for h5p in that system. However, you might want to consider creating your h5p packages in Wordpress, and then embed them in your Sakai pages.

As you said we can use h5p plugin in drupal and WordPress so in the same way I want to use h5p for Sakai is there any plugin available?
