It's so nice you reacted to them. They're american but their Grandfather its Mexican.
They lived between the USA and Mexico thats why they liked to sing country songs in spanish because they used to translate them for their friends. At first labels in Mexico did want them but only if they changed their music genera because they thought Country in spanish wouldnt work in México, they kept on trying until Sony sign them up and since then they became huge in México( they are called "sold out queens"). Their lyrics, interpretation and conection between them its what makes them stand out the most in my opionion.
They are just the kind of band that makes you scream out their songs even if you are not heartbroken.
They compliment each other pretty well
Usally Ashley its considered the vocally stronger and Hanna plays at least five instruments (sometimes two at the same time).
mexican people are american too, you mean from the US
@@laradelic7833 Well people from the USA are americans too lol. But yeah I agree American shouldn't be the demonym for people from the usa but in English its the only demonym
I always liked their idea of country music in Spanish. Also, combining the two cultures they grew up with.
Con toda la cara de mexicanas y ahora resulta que solo su abuelo, las mujeres son 100% chicanas.
It’s interesting to hear your analysis of non English speaking bands, it enforces the fact that music removes all boundaries! Another interesting Mexican band to look at is three young sisters called The Warning, they play classic rock and played the first track on Metallica’s Blacklist album; well worth looking at!
Well I would argue that this is an American band duo of sisters who happened to sing in Spanish due to their Latin heritage. This women were invited by Metallica to cover a song in their "Black List" album were bunch of artist do a cover from the black album to celebrate the 30th anniversary. Check out Ha*Ash version of "The Unforgiven":
ruclips.net/video/MGxLLJ9Lmcg/видео.html
@@josemorales5117 this is what I referred to, it is the first track on the album! ruclips.net/video/9tKQgesCcTc/видео.html
Yes there are a lot of Bands on that album, they were all invited and Ha*Ash were very good, I have heard their work before!
@@josemorales5117 the warning was invited too
@@luisretana665 well actually the girls said that Metallica approached first to Alessia and it turned out her manager company is the same as the warnings's in the US (or something like that), and it was the company or the representative that suggested the girls to Alessia's team and they saw the band and they like it and they be approached the girls. And then they told Metallica and the band loved it.
I love Ha-ash!! You need to react to more of their songs!
The lyrics are amazing too.
I just love Ha Ash and it definitely surprised me that you could react to them. Their voices are unique and as you say they blend together perfectly. This is just one of their many songs they blow out on stage. One thing that really has an impact from them is that their lyrics are so good and emotional that really captures you. You may check the lyrics from this song and you will get it too. Thanks Beth for your work. You shine!
Country has some very deep Mexican roots. The boarder area and the powerful Mexican early radio stations were very important to its development.
Yes it was a huge phenomenon back like 15 years ago they actually started off as country singers in Spanish … they are Mexican on one side of their family and and German on the other born and raised in Louisiana …. Now they do more of a pop genre… I remember being obsessed with this group when I was younger!! Thanks for the video !
Lo que más me gusta de Ha-Ash son sus letras👍🏻
Entonces, mejor ponte a leer libros de poemas.
I love ha-ash. They´re american but partially raised in Mexico, so they speak Spanish like native speakers. They´re amazing musicians and great singers

I liked them, I liked your narrative as well. I wouldn't mind hearing more from them. Take a listen to their overall performance. Nice reaction, Beth. I do like watching you get out and have fun assimilating new things. It's always nice to be able to enjoy that ,while widening your horizons.
As a teenager I didn't like that type of music, but here I am just to watch Beth. Great work!
really nice review! I always learn something new either about anatomy or about singing. Thanks for the content and for looking out for new artists!
Hanna is the girl with blond hair (she usually plays around 4 instruments) and Ashley shorts hair. They're also are singer songwriter
Es un placer verte y escucharte Beth. te abrazo desde aquí.
Gracias x tus reacciones
Love their songs, super famous in Mexico and South America
I love that you caught on their country roots right away!
Reacciona a esa misma canción en el Festival de Viña del Mar, saludos.
Ohhhh yeah i love it..❤️
Hola preciosa, las letras de sus canciones son hermosas también
Love you Beth.
Yep they are pretty popular.
Some other Spanish Singers here in The US are
Alejandra Guzman
Selena
Thalia
Linda Ronstadt
Elida Reyna
Alondra Santos and many others
This song is so beautiful, it talks about a breakup story but the way ha-ash sing it make it so special and emotional. You should also react to another song “ Perdón, Perdón”, it’s also another beautiful song
Me encantaaaan mis has ash❤❤
Sadly, they're not that popular in the U.S. because we're very monolingual and they nearly always sing in Spanish. Among U.S. Spanish speakers, they're moderately popular but much more popular in Latin America. I first heard them in 2003 and have been a fan ever since.
Well a lot of people in Canada know them!! I speak English and Spanish they are popular and very known among Latin people
It's a great song. Funny I know them, but I didn't know they were born in the USA. Their names now make more sense 🤣🤣🤣🤣.
Pretty sure they've worked in tandem since they could talk, it's natural they compliment each other so well. Genetically close but vocally different. That's quite interesting to learn. Now that makes me wonder if me and my brother have a similar singing voice.
You strike me as the middle child out of your pack 😝. It's quite interesting you have similar looking little sis
me encanta Ha ash
You do an amazing job of breaking these down. You should try the song "Me da igual" by the band Camila
The lyrics to that song are a wonderful. Take a look at a translation if you can.

They're very well known in México, but in the US only by Spanish speaking people which is about 15% of the population. Bilingual.

React to one of their English songs
React to RBD as a group and then their individual solos. They are making their combo
Actually I think that because of the language is very difficult to apply the rules of singing vowels, the "i" in spanish has to sound like that or it wouldn't make sense haha
It would be Nice something like soda stereo, fabulosos Cadillacs or héroes del silencio, or Manu chao
YOU WOULD LOVE 2 REACT 2 MANUEL GARCIA AND MON LAFERTE LA DANZA DE LAS LIBELULAS, THANKS 4 U REACTIONS!
