Delta means CHANGE, and they ARE #1 in regards to SOCIAL ACTION and POLITICAL AWARENESS; thus, being 1st in that arena. Where AKA may have been organized first; their influence hasn't been as pronounced because their initial focus was that of being a fashionable hostess, and the organization's initial impact was miniscule.
