My body had such a horrible reaction to my in-laws last night. Even though it was my birthday, I was not energetically prepared for them to just drop by our house expecting a tour. I'm already doing so much energy work in this house and I was very clear I didn't want any visitors until it was done. I wanted to be shut in and do some house work for my birthday so I started this reading but as soon as I opened it, they showed up. As soon as they left I legit almost fainted. I've had panic attacks before and I'm very discerning about my body anxiety, but this was on a whole new level. I was completely fine while they were here, but less than 10 minutes after the door closed my husband turned around and had to catch me. I started shaking, I had a wave of heat flashes and cold sweats, I threw up repeatedly, my resting heart rate was over 100bpm and I kept fading in and out of focus, every little sound made me motion sick, I had awful cramps in my hips and legs, and the nerves in my lower back and neck were just absolutely firing off. Temperature, sound, light, touch, my whole body was firing off and the dizziness wouldn't stop. I finally passed out for around 2-3 hours, woke up absolutely ravenous, ate something and immediately needed to go to bed. It was WILD. But now I'm back and ready to dive in 🤗
