I heard this interesting announcement when the metro was heading towards Berri-Uqam on the orange line in the past. So I thought I would record it and share.
Funny thing. I was riding the metro yesterday, on the orange line going in the Cote-Vertu direction, and there was that same announcement while heading towards Crémazie station. If I had to guess, it has to do with the fact that there's a service track in that tunnel
This annoucement is displayed because there is a switch raccording the yellow and green line, and they have to slow down. It is always displayed when you go in the Montmorency Direction
Lol, yup. That's why nowadays I wait for the metro to come to a complete stop before I get up from my seat. Don't need to trip and possibly fall, thanks
The annonuncement dictated like: Attention à tous les voyageurs. Le train devra ralentir à l’approche de la prochaine station. Veuillez bien vous tenir. Merci de votre compréhension The context would be… slowing down quickly, so hold on in order to not fall down.
@@aleenahgaudet7116 maybe. But I'm currently broke. But one day, when I get the money, I could travel to montreal, to get the STM experience. Also, i need to travel a lot and ride different public Transportations, other than SEPTA, so that i could get the ideal voice tones and such for the characteds Stmimus Prime, SeptaTron, PartWave, and Regional Bee.
It means…we slow down rapidly going into a wicked turn, hold on tight or you will fall and break your head!
Yeah, I thought as much. Still interesting to have that kind of announcement. Lol, yeah. I don't wanna break my head
always happens on the yellow line approaching berri-UQAM too
there’s an announcement? i’ve never heard it
@@sanism fairly recent, I believe.

@@SamanthamusPrimeV28050 You could book a 12-hour bus round-trip with Greyhound for as low as $200, maybe less if you book in advance.
