I can't remember which stream it was, I think Layna was there while he recolours Evil's dress.
Didn't he also say that he would make Neuro older as he goes along with her development? So that she would eventually become an adult as she is sort of a child right now.

I think he did, which is honestly a pretty neat decision.
Just imagine some day in the future where Neuro has gained actual sentience, and she's a teenager, until one day she becomes fully self-aware and independent, and by then she's a full-fledged adult.
It'd be fun to see her grow.

Slow down her voice between 80%-90% her normal speed (I find 87% is usually the sweet spot but it varies song to song and clip to clip).
Edit the bass and treble to your liking.
Click removal.
Normalize.
