I was thinking this too! Why does it matter what colour his eyes are right now?! I get that they need a general description so the police are aware of who they're looking for in case they encounter him, but I think a rough height, weight and hair colour is more than enough given the circumstances! I honestly felt the dispatcher sounded aggravated at the way Jane Doe was behaving. I really think the dispatcher should have been severely disciplined, or even fired for how she put Jane in mortal danger.
When I heard about him writing "cheese" on the window, that actually made me think he was telling her to say cheese because he's either taking photos of her secretly, or wants her to at least think that he's watching her.

Him asking for forgiveness is sickening and shows he knows nothing about forgiveness, it won’t be for you, it will be for them. The only judgement he needs to be concerned with is the big guy upstairs and he’ll be meeting him soon hopefully.
I knew this case but I think not with all the additional information.
Nice to pop in, Hi Emma.
Going down in the Hellivator... Into the Hot Burning Coals...💀💀💀
Why the heck does the dispatcher want to know how tall he is, how much he weighs!! I appreciate they need information but surely eye colour, height, is that really necessary?
Love your channel. Can we get a similar psych breakdown on Al Mutahan McClean - Takoda Collins case.
Im only here to see chase😹
😻
Emma, I’m gonna need that new Chase merch. When can us folk in the US expect to have it made available?
You’re an absolute legend! Ive watched every vid on here so far. Also you are absolutely stunning!!! 😍 beautiful beautiful lady ❤ xx
I’m so mad at the dispatcher, wtf 🤬
The lawyer waiving opening arguments says a lot!
And I made it to this episode
What do you think about the Jay Slater "case"?.
????
Sorry, slightly off topic....
But Emma, I truly think you should look into making some merch that says "Heinous & harrowing"
I listen out for those two words in each video, like a random game of bingo 😅.
Another amazing case told in such an empathetic way ❤
Please 🙏 can you do the mendenza brothers as I know you will do this will such empathy and kindness to them after watching the netflix show they have made them look so bad 💔
I’d say cheese means something really sinister. Cheese you’re being watched, your on camera or something like that
Omg!!!! That dispatcher , the questions?! After she said she was in bed with him the dispatcher should of just stopped asking qs!
Have ur book, hi from Estonia🇪🇪
Your book is amazing I love it Cannot put it down 😊
This must be extra horrifying for a woman who's saving herself for marriage. This disgusting violation being their first time must be completely and utterly devastating.
Visiting UK next week (live in Spain) can I buy your book in Tesco ? I know stupid question , but I am doing a flyer, literally.
Please know you can now text 911!!
They tell us to only use it when calling is dangerous like in this case! But don’t risk your life to call when you can text! ❤
I feel like the dispatcher may have doubted her on the call. When dispatch was told the abductor was sleeping in the room, why did she not lower her voice? Knowing how easy it is to hear the person on the other end of the line when we talk on cell phones... her loud voice made me anxious
Hi emma 😊❤
Yeah, the cheese thing tells me he was watching her and maybe taking pics of her...
